I wanted to pay cash for the car, but they talked me into financing by saying no interest would be charged if I paid it off as soon as I got the statement. Well I got the statement on 4/17/26. I called Fifth Third bank on that same day to initiate payoff. The processed the pay off but I was charged almost $400 interest because the interest starts accruing the day the loan is approved. I was upset about this because I was told no interest would be charged. Warning to others who intend to pay cash for your vehicle. Don?t let them talk you into financing!!!

Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.

I purchased car November 2019. Took car in 1 month after buying for electronic issues. They fixed the problem and was fine. Now has another electronic problem. Will be taking it in for a third time to fix it They have not been able to correct it thus far.....other than that I love the car.

2019 Audi Q5 review
The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . I was shopping for another Lexus or my first Mercedes with specific features such as anti-collision, lane keeping assistance, etc. and preferably red or blue and a 2025. I shopped on Carfax and found a number that met the requirements so I sent inquires to several dealerships. The prices were all similar but Feliza Engelhard, the salesperson from Mercedes of Sarasota was hands down the best. She answered every single question, responded promptly via phone, text and/or email for over a week. During the process I lost my wallet (and hence no credit cards) and as I lived in MD she worked closely with me to obtain financing, signing all the necessary paperwork (remotely), etc. I decided to fly to FL and when I arrived, the car was detailed, I finalized all the paperwork, and then she spent a couple hours setting up the MB app on my phone, reviewed all the features, etc. Since that time she has followed up a number times to see if I had any additional questions. I've bought many cars in my life and never worked with any salesperson this thorough and so personable. It was a great buying experience and my favorite car thus far (and I've owned one Toyota, 2 Oldsmobiles, 2 Audis, 2 Infinitis and 2 Lexus').
