Took my X2 in for a 50,000 mile service and my cheerful and friendly service advisor Joel Musipha did an outstanding job identifying cost-saving measures, keeping me up to date during the service, arranging for rides from and back to the dealership, and speeded me through the payment process so I could head home in my well-serviced car.

CarMax White MarshReviews
CarMax White Marsh review
White Marsh CarMax treated me excellent. After being married for 34 years,I had never bought a car on my own. My husband had done all the dealings for all our cars. He passed away 11 months ago. It was certainly a big life issue for me. My salesman Zack was very professional and not pushy at all.My daughter has dealt with Carmax for her cars in the past. She convinced me to try them. I can say I was not let down in any way. I traded my car and bought a 2016 Toyota Rav4. Very low mileage and like new.Drives so smooth. If I ever need a car in the future, Carmax will be my place to shop. Thank you for making my First Car buying experience a pleasure.
2015 Audi Q5 review
It is my second Audi Q5 car. I never had a problem with Audi. Great for a big family. Very comfortable seats and also fast.

Cars of Rockville review
Cars of Rockville is a great place. I purchase my 2018 Lexus Es at an excellent price. I have been using it for Uber and put over 20000 miles and it drives great with minimal maintenance. I just came back today to buy my second vehicle from cars of rockville today. Great honest and super friendly environment. Lots of great choices. The best used car dealership around. Eli and Nadine where really great to deal with.

Koons Ford of Baltimore review
Service was Great and Frank was super informative to the point and very accommodating. I would highly recommend Koons again this is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased since 2025.
2019 Audi Q5 review
The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

Audi Hunt Valley review
Comfortable and to the point! David, my salesperson, was very cordial and friendly, not pushy. The vehicle I purchased was as expected, considering I did my research prior to contacting and scheduling an appointment for this particular vehicle. No surprises above my knowledge financially with the OTD and any additional fees. However, the experience was a bit longer than anticipated waiting to sign the deal due to other customers. Otherwise, thus far, I believe I got what I paid for. Happy with my purchase!

What a pleasant experience! Hypatia was great, the car was exactly (as far as I can tell) as advertised on Cars.com, the free Carfax analysis was very helpful for projecting reliability and assessing price to value, and ensuring maintenance was kept up. Definitely consider returning for future purchases! Glad to recommend them to others.

Heritage Hyundai Towson review
Cameron, Rob, the general manager, Erica, the finance person, made me feel so comfortable and so welcome, I did have to walk out once or twice to get the best deal I got, but Rob and Cameron would not let me go until I got a deal that I wanted. Using dealing with a car dealership is unpleasant, but besides having to sit for three hours when you get your car, everything else was perfect thank you gentlemen and Erica

When shopping for my car, Hypiatia took all the guesswork out of the online car-buying process. She was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond whenever I had questions—and I had plenty of them! Her attention to detail was outstanding. The AutoDot team has been responsive, professional, and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire experience. They truly go above and beyond for their clients. If you're in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend giving them a look. You won’t be disappointed!
2016 Audi Q5 review
We love this car. Extremely comfortable to drive, spacious and with it's 4cyl 2L GDI turbo engine is one of the most fuel efficient SUVs on the market. Our Q5 has 170,000 miles, had various age resulted suspension, fuel and water pump repair/maintenance but nothing too abnormal. With continued maintenance it will run another 50k miles so we hope. Next we will go electric with the ID4 or Q4 e-tron

Very responsive handling, which makes it fun to drive. You'll get a sport feel in an SUV. The panoramic sunroof is great for summer evening cruising. Seats are a bit stiff, but you almost don't notice because you're too busy enjoying the interior design.

MemberCar review
We live about 3 hrs from MemberCar. They were very helpful in sending pictures I requested of the vehicle and even went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the vehicle before we visited. Everything was ready to go when we arrived. On the way home, 2 hrs into the return trip we encountered and issue. Rob assured us they would make it right. We were able to take the vehicle to our garage to fix and MemberCar reimbursed. I have bought many used cars in my life but have never experience a dealership like MemberCar where they made sure we were completely satisfied with the vehicle. I would definitely make the trip again for another vehicle.

Sunroof is to die for (it spans the whole ceiling) It has great trunk storage (both back seats fold down) that can hold a lot!! Furniture, tables, etc. I have had mine for 7 years. 2014 Audi Q5 review
Having now over 202,000 miles I can say this is a great car to own and drive. Friends never believe the mileage that is on the car because it rides and drives so amazing. The interior quality of materials and fitment are also exceptional and have held up perfectly over the years. These cars do require maintenance but if properly taken care of they will last a long time and be very reliable!

2022 Audi Q5 review
Bought mine in 2025 with rather low miles on it (offerred by dealership as a CPO with 18 months left). It feels luxurious inside and is pretty quiet. I'd say it was really beautiful but the way the infotainment screed is situated on the dash it sorta looks like it was just stuck there. Still, it works really well and supports CarPlay which works seemlessly. I didn't buy this car to watch movies lol. Back seats are comfy but there is a raised floor channel which seems odd; you definitely would't put a fifth adult in the middle. Still, the rear seat pass-through is cool and accomodates my skis. With read seats flipped down the total cargo space is acceptable but by no means best in class. I'm no speed demon so the 2.0 turbo is plenty for me considering the weight of the car. It handles well but it's not an Ultimate Driving Machine experience. . Mostly I'm impressed with ride quality and interior cabin sound level. The stock stereo is so-so and I tried the upgraded B&O system and it wasn't remarkable either. I am impressed with highway fuel economy near 35mpg. I did not purchase addtl maintenace and strongly recommend you change fluids waaay more often than mfr's specifications.

Matt and Hunter at Carmax really made this the best experience for me. Matt worked with me through phone and email up until the day I went in. He was very informative and assisted me through the entire process. Hunter was the salesman I worked with when I went in. He was accommodating and polite. I didn't feel the "pressure" of a sales man at all. And he was very professional. I will recommend this dealer to anyone I know looking to buy a vehicle.
