Overall it was a good experience, we bought a 2019 Ford F150 from them. The down side was the truck was priced above book value and they would not accept our offer closer to true value. They did remove a dealer installed tracking device which saved us about $1300
2023 Audi Q5 review
Q5 is a very comfortable & great performance vehicle. The Prestige model has options that other manufacturers only wish for & gets great gas mileage street & highway .

2016 Audi Q5 review
We love this car. Extremely comfortable to drive, spacious and with it's 4cyl 2L GDI turbo engine is one of the most fuel efficient SUVs on the market. Our Q5 has 170,000 miles, had various age resulted suspension, fuel and water pump repair/maintenance but nothing too abnormal. With continued maintenance it will run another 50k miles so we hope. Next we will go electric with the ID4 or Q4 e-tron

My husband and my new car purchase (1972 Monte Carlo) was actually the first sale for Bob SERPENTINI. We have continued to purchase all our new vehicles, maintenance, any repairs or body work from SERPENTINI in Orrville. My husband passed a few years ago, but I only felt comfortable remaining with this dealership even though other dealerships were closer to my residence. At 80 yrs old there are many times that I find myself relying on my son to keep my appointments in Orrville. But I am hoping that I will be able to continue being a loyal customer for several more years. Especially in these times, feel lucky if you can find a business that a person can rely on and trust. 2018 Audi Q5 review
Very smooth comfortable ride. I have a Q5 2018 and so far no problem. Never thought I will get used to driving a SUV since my last car was an A6 which I kept for 13 years.

2023 Audi Q5 review
This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

2019 Audi Q5 review
The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.
