What a pleasant car buying experience
I have had car buying experiences ranging from really bad, to bad, to OK. This is the 1st one I can genuinely say was pleasant.
It started with my salesman, Raul Cantu, paying attention to my initial preference for communicating electronically. That's big to me and shows they're paying attention to changes in customers.
I went in loaded for bear having done a LOT of research and with a written quote on my trade in. Raul adjusted well and acknowledged my amount of knowledge. Refreshing.
I went up a trim level from what I went in for. He didn't fight me on it . He answered the questions I had, saw where I was going and facilitated but didn't really push. From my own background in sales - when a customer is going where you want them to go, shut up!
All in all, about as pleasant an experience as it could be. And a really nice new building too.
