Did my deal long distance after seeing the vehicle at a different dealership that did not want to share numbers so we could start a deal process. So, working with the dealership I. atlanta, we settled on a car and a lease deal. Went to pickup, signed all paperwork, and then found car was missing an item we really wanted. Miscommunication in the long distance deal. They worked hard, found the perfect car, and delivered it to us a little over a week later. Great job in overcoming the challenges of correct vehicle and long distance deal.
Amazing experience! I purchased my first car this past weekend and they were more than helpful and accomodating. Everyone involved provided top of the line customer service and treated me in such a respectable manner. As a first time car buyer, I was reluctant and unsure about the process, but the salesman and finance manager went above and beyond to make this a great experience for me. I feel confident they were doing best by me - making sure i got low interest rates, the best deals, etc. They went the extra mile for me and it does not go unnoticed and under appreciated! If you are going to Audi Atlanta i recommend asking for Adam for sales and Lee for finance.
Usual bait and switch car ad. Ad stated 21k for a Ford Mustang GT but when contacted the price was 30k. Talked to a sales rep about other cars in inventory and literally every car she sent info on was priced over the budget we discussed.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
This place is fabulous to buy a car from! Typically I play the "bad guy" when helping my mother shop for a new car. When we went to look at her dream car, A white Mercedes SLK350 and speaking to Jeremy Hartzler for a few minutes, I felt She was in good hands. Both he and Greg Trask (Finance mgr) went above in beyond to get my mother the best possible deal. Even after the deal has closed and signed Everyone in that office has been so kind, and willing to help my mom figure out all the new technology in her new ride. It feels like buying a car from family, they really have taken what's usually a nerve racking and stressful task to a pleasant experience. THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! You're such a great employee and that deserves recognition.
My husband recently bought a car at Audi Marietta so when it was my turn, he suggested we start there. We were yet again treated very well through the entire process and the deal they made us for being a 2 time Audi owner was simply more than we thought any dealer would make. I love the car and have already stopped back in the dealer for some help setting up some of the Audi Connect features and they even took the car and filled up the gas again? Top notch dealership and attention to service.
This was by far the most amazing car buying experience. BMW of Gwinnett had a great selection of vehicles to choose from. The sales advisor, David, was very professional and friendly. I purchased a BMW X1. I was initially was seeking to purchase a certified used one, but they didn’t have the color I wanted. So David worked a deal for me, and I was able to purchase a brand new X1 for the same price as a the certified used I was originally shopping for. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.
What I really liked about Audi Gwinnett is the team dynamic. I was greeted right as I came in by a kind receptionist and then Slim helped me get started finding Shawn for my reservation and they were the ONLY dealership in my month of car shopping to offer to go on the test drive with me! I can tell you right now that if Shawn hadn't ridden along with me to answer all of my insane amount of questions I probably would have gone home to think it over and thrown it in the stack of other cars I test drove and couldn't make up my mind on. They had a great and affordable bumper to bumper extended coverage plan (which is really important to me with used cars). Tracey made the boring paperwork part fun. I knew I was going to get along with that guy the moment I layed eyes on his fake spilled coffee accident gag he had on his desk. I gladly give this team a five star review! Y'all rock!
