Mike answered many, many questions on my part, including questions I had about a new 2025.5 offered at another dealer. Mike was open and honest, and clearly interested in ensuring my satisfaction with whatever purchasing decision I made. When I went to look at the vehicle on his lot that I was thinking about, he went through all of its features with me. Knowledgeable and highly professional. Best customer service I have had in a very long time. Since purchasing, Mike has followed up with me to see if I have any questions and to let me know he is there fore at anytime. I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

Very fast SUV, it looks like the car is not heavy for the Engine. Very comforable. Nice driving. Customer service in Southamerica is not so good. In general I am very happy.

Had no issues with vehicles performance. In fact I averaged 24 MPG on 62,000 miles driven in the Dallas Fort Worth area. You don't get that with any SUV, but this Q7 did!

The ride is excellent and gear shifting is unnoticeable. I appreciate all the safety features i.e. blind spot, adaptive cruise and air bags. Interior is beautiful. Ambient lighting is awesome!

Had a situation that required us to purchase 2 brand new cars a.s.a.p. (the day after XMas no less). Was on our way to another Chevy dealership, and thankfully we called first because they weren’t open yet. This led us to AutoNation for the 1st time. The salesperson was great. She quickly had us in the 2 vehicles we requested to test drive and then the negotiations were on. Like any negotiation, it started a little rough, but we quickly came to terms and we had our 2 new cars. I appreciated the fact that they also followed up with us (post purchase) to ensure we were happy with our decision and enjoying the vehicles. Special shout out to the Finanace Mgr and the General Manager. Both were very professional and a pleasure to work with. I would absolutely come back the next time we are in the market for a vehicle.
