This was a recall visit and they were great from the beginning to the end. They did it in recorded time and keep Me informed the whole way through.

I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

It went well, but I didn?t get what I wanted for my trade in. Good place to shop for new vehicles. Reputable dealership. I was very satisfied with my purchase.

Very fast SUV, it looks like the car is not heavy for the Engine. Very comforable. Nice driving. Customer service in Southamerica is not so good. In general I am very happy.

Buying process was smooth. Second month unknowingly I had a nail in the tire. Went to get air in tire, thought it was cold weather related and Anthony filled the tire, found the nail, then immediately fixed the tire. I was in and out, heading to work, in less than an hour. Had no issues with vehicles performance. In fact I averaged 24 MPG on 62,000 miles driven in the Dallas Fort Worth area. You don't get that with any SUV, but this Q7 did!

The ride is excellent and gear shifting is unnoticeable. I appreciate all the safety features i.e. blind spot, adaptive cruise and air bags. Interior is beautiful. Ambient lighting is awesome!

It's an inconvenient location for me -but I keep coming back due to the friendliness of the service writers and quality of service -last time I went to Chandler Lexus and -well, frankly I was underwhelmed. So Earnhardt Lexus continues to earn my business. Julian Ruiz is a great person to deal with -and I'd recommend asking for him.

The whole experience went well. The only thing that was a little lackluster was the detailing of the car. It was rushed and not the best but this is the 2nd time I?ve bought from EchoPark and I would buy there again.
