I and my wife have always had EXCELLENT service and respect for Andrew and his team members. We first got introduced to Spitzer Northfield by Darrell Zasnuskie a salesman and friend. Andrew was doing service appointments and repairs when we first met him some 12-13 years ago. We had issues with our 2010 Buick that he painstakingly birddogged and resolved our vehicles issue, after a ridiculous amount of effort corrected our issue. Moving forward Andrew and his Service/Mechanical team have been GREAT partners. I have been Vice President of several companies. People skills and compassion is something that is hard to teach. BUT comes natural to people that really want to take care of each individual they encounter. If I could CLON the passion and real concern that Andrew and his team have for customers it would be incredible. Overall really solid salesman Joe was a great guy very knowledgeable and humorous made the time a little less stressful. I really enjoyed how they were able to fit around our weird situation co-signing they work with u and put out any options available. The car was in beautiful condition other than some minor cosmetic issues the car drives like a beauty. Only problem I had with the whole experience was the finance rate it was originally at 17% don’t judge our credit isn’t the best lol but when they sent the Docusign it was at a 18% with a higher monthly payment we were able to figure it out and the only thing I suggest when shopping here is to make sure ur Docusign is correct cause it was a odd ball for sure but it isn’t enough to throw it off a star they handled it and made sure we weren’t feeling like they up charged or scammed us it was a overall good experience would suggest them to other buyers

2025 Audi Q7 review
Car produced many, Almost daily issues with interruptions in safety features I.E. automatic braking not working, etc, Audi seems to have addressed this now. Comfortable, quiet and powerful car. Small third row, but nice to have. Gas mileage in city 17 mpg, improves to 29 on highway. Expensive to maintain, I’ll probably dump it after warranty is up. Depreciates a lot, so will take that.
