Audi Tampa review
I bought a 2019 GMC Canyon from Audi Tampa and had a great experience from start to finish. Alex was my salesman and was genuinely helpful throughout. No pressure, straight answers, and he made a first-time truck purchase easy. Where they really stood out was what happened after. The AC went out the morning after I bought it which is part of the risk you take buying a used vehicle. The truck was sold as-is, which means they were under no obligation to do anything at all. They could have left me in the dust and they'd have been well within their rights. Instead, Solomon and Richard took the time to walk me through my options and were upfront with me the whole way. Roger, the general manager, sat down with me, listened, and made it right. They're covering the repair. They also gave me a loaner at no cost while the truck was in the shop, so I was never stuck without a vehicle. They didn't just meet the bar, they went past it when they didn't have to. If you're looking for a vehicle, I highly recommend Audi Tampa.

Audi Tampa review
Exceptional Experience with Trenton Jump at Audi Tampa! I highly recommend reaching out to Trenton Jump at Audi Tampa if you are looking to purchase a vehicle in the Tampa area. From start to finish, the experience was truly five-star. What impressed me most was Trenton's incredible responsiveness across all communication channels—email, text, and phone calls—in the days leading up to my visit. He was prompt, professional, and ensured all my questions were answered thoroughly before I even stepped foot in the dealership. When I arrived, Trenton was the opposite of pushy. He was highly knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and took the time to truly understand my needs. During the test drive, he paid close attention to detail, actively listening to my feedback to ensure the vehicle was the perfect fit for my lifestyle. This commitment to understanding the customer's needs made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. The excellent service continued with Zain in the finance department and Patrick, the sales manager, who both went above and beyond to ensure I had the best possible purchasing experience. If you want a seamless, respectful, and highly professional car buying journey, please ask for Trenton Jump!

My sales associate, Trenton Jump, responded immediately and effectively. Every question I had, he either had the answer, or knew where to get it. I bought the car from Arizona, and being across the country didn't cause any problems. Trenton was a true pro and helped me tremendously.

I would like to take the time to thank Rolando Casillas for his patience and concern to my problems whenever I come to Audi Tampa. He is always polite and a joy to deal with because he goes out of his way to make sure I am satisfied with whatever job that is performed. Plus, he always follow up with a call or text. Thank you Rolando, keep up the great work. Colleta Henry

CarMax GarlandReviews
CarMax Garland review
I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

Found The used truck that I wanted. Filled out there Online Credit App. The following day I was contacted and they ask if I was Ready to move forward later that day I was approved. My score was so so but they still got me a good rate. I asked them if they would deliver the truck to me. no problem.Blake Willmore Internet sales came to my home. All paper work was in order so it only took 30 min. The truck was professionally detailed.even the engine Compartment.I had a small issue which was quickly Resolved.I never stepped foot on there Lot. I purchased a truck from the comfort of my home. No pressure no bait and switch no BS they earn your business.I live 5 miles from a ford Dealership they didn’t want to be bothered.I found Veterans ford in Tampa to be very accommodating very professional. Audi Sarasota review
This was my sixth Audi purchase, but my first with Audi Sarasota—and easily the most personable experience I’ve had. They graciously accommodated my last-minute request to see a new car, and Mark made a sincere effort to get to know me and understand what I needed—without the usual sales pressure. The icing on the cake was driving away in the Audi of my dreams. Even Paul, the owner, stopped to introduce himself before heading home and make sure I was well taken care of. Luis made the financing process quick, efficient, and refreshingly free of arm-twisting. Audi Sarasota will be my first—and most likely last—stop for my next Audi. Thank you to Mark, Paul, Luis, and Grant for such a wonderful experience!

Audi Sarasota review
I took my time and reviewed every feature available on the Q6 etron. This was a bit of a burden to my sales associate. But, Mark was responsive and respectful of my inquiries. At times, there was some ambiguity with some features and he always took the time to get complete clarity with respect to my questions. He genuinely got me information versus selling me on individual features. In the end, this got me comfortable with selecting the car I ended up with. Mark did a great job covering the features of the car I purchased and reviewed them with me in the car. We did notice a flaky button. I took the car to see if it improved. It did not, so I took it back to be serviced. The dealership agreed there was an issue with the panel of buttons and set out to replace it. They also found a couple of troubling warnings (that showed up after I received the car) and resolved another issue that was triggering them. It was nice to see the dealership set out to get the car completely right versus just good enough to get it back to me. This made what could have been a headache into positive experience.

Audi Sarasota review
I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Tom at Audi Sarasota! Over the weekend, I was visiting my dad in Tampa when I came across a Mustang GT online that matched the specs of one I had been searching for back home in Texas. I reached out to Audi Sarasota and had the pleasure of speaking with Tom, who invited my dad and me to come down and take a look at the Mustang. From beginning to end, the entire experience was seamless, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. There were no surprise dealer add ons or last minute games. The advertised price was the price you paid, plus the normal dealer documentation fee and taxes. That alone was refreshing! Even better, the Mustang was exactly as described online and on Cars.com. The car was mint, clearly well cared for, and there were no unpleasant surprises when we arrived. When it came time for financing, Jake was also amazing to work with. He was extremely transparent throughout the process, helped us secure financing, and handled the additional details needed to register the vehicle out of state in Texas. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt pressured. Tom went above and beyond even after the sale. Since I needed the Mustang shipped from Florida to Texas, he helped coordinate the transportation and continually checked in to make sure the pickup was scheduled correctly. Once the vehicle was loaded, Tom even sent me pictures of the Mustang and the transport truck and kept me updated throughout the process. That level of communication and follow through made buying a vehicle from another state incredibly easy. What really stood out was how personable everyone was. Tom, Jake and James at Audi Sarasota even gave my dad and I some restaurant recommendations while we were in the area! It felt much more like dealing with people who genuinely wanted us to have a great experience than simply completing another car sale. This was easily one of the most pleasurable vehicle purchases I've had. If you're looking for a vehicle at Audi Sarasota, ask for Tom. Between his communication, transparency, attention to detail, and willingness to help before, during, and after the sale, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you Tom, Jake, James, and the entire Audi Sarasota team! Highly recommended.
