Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas review
I cant say enough positive things about MB of Calabasas. The car is beautiful. I flew in from out of town and they set up everything for a smooth purchase experience. They lined up the financing at reasonable terms. They weren't to aggressive on warranties and did a nice job explaining the value of a product/service. Everyone i met at the dealership, from the Gen Manager, to FI Manager and sales woman were professional and articulate. The best car perchase experience ever.

CAR LUXReviews
CAR LUX review
I purchased a BMW X5 but was originally looking at the X3. I had an absolutely amazing experience working with Brayan Gonzalez at Car Lux in Hawthorne! From the very beginning, Brayan was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and—most importantly—there was absolutely no pressure. I really felt like he was genuinely listening to me, understanding what I was looking for, and paying attention to my needs rather than simply trying to make a sale or push me toward what benefited him. That made such a huge difference in my experience. Brayan was extremely responsive and continued to provide additional information and answer my questions throughout the process. I never felt rushed or pressured. Instead, I felt like he wanted to make sure I had all the information I needed to make an informed and confident decision. The entire dealership experience was great, but Brayan truly stood out. When I’m ready for my next car purchase, I sincerely hope he’s still there because he is absolutely someone I would come back to and recommend to others. Thank you, Brayan, for making what can sometimes be a stressful car-buying experience feel comfortable, informative, and genuinely enjoyable. 5 stars all the way! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
