In fact, we ended up coming in on one of his days off, and he still made sure someone was there waiting to take care of us. We test drove the vehicle and decided to move forward with the purchase the same day. What really stood out was the professionalism and customer service. The team answered our questions promptly, never pressured us into buying extras or add-ons, and made the entire process feel comfortable, transparent, and low stress. Since the car needed new tires, they were even willing to provide us with a loaner while everything was being completed, which we really appreciated. On top of that, because we live outside Chandler, they arranged to have the vehicle dropped off at our home once the tires were installed the following week. It made the entire purchase process incredibly convenient and allowed us to handle almost everything in essentially one visit. Overall, this was a top-notch experience, and we would highly recommend Audi Chandler to anyone looking for an Audi.

I’d recommend the place to anyone, but I am most impressed by how fast they found me the car I wanted and helped me decide based on all the options I had. I even got some education in the Certification process for an Audi Pre-Owned. I’ll be back to pick up a gently used A4 Allroad once someone is kind enough to trade one in!

We drove hundreds of miles to Las Vegas to conclude the deal. Every single communication and price/delivery discussion with Del, the salesperson, was absolute perfection. He was personable, professional and deeply concerned with our total satisfaction with the entire process! Additionally, Justin-- the financial services director-- was equally amazing while processing the purchasing paperwork, including a complex out-of-state registration process for the car. Simply put, the entire experience was outstanding as a result of the superior efforts of both Del and Justin.
