Brett’s customer service was excellent. The dealership service took too long almost a week.
2019 Audi Q5 review
The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

Helfman Ford - Stafford review
Had good texting before my initial visit to drive the truck, no pressure but offered to answer questions. Good initial meeting and walk around with descriptions of the features and great test drive. Good second visit with my wife and her questions, salesman was very helpful. Good negotiation and finalizing the process. Good introduction for all the new features and systems.

2026 Audi Q3 review
I love my new Audi Q3. It’s fun to drive and it has so much power. I thought the new displays would be hard to learn but that hasn’t been the case. I’m very glad I traded my A4 for this SUV. The green color is beautiful and I feel so good driving it..

Audi North Houston review
Great experience, nice knowledge people, nice costumer service. Easy to deal with, I will be back for my next car.
2025 Audi Q7 review
Car produced many, Almost daily issues with interruptions in safety features I.E. automatic braking not working, etc, Audi seems to have addressed this now. Comfortable, quiet and powerful car. Small third row, but nice to have. Gas mileage in city 17 mpg, improves to 29 on highway. Expensive to maintain, I’ll probably dump it after warranty is up. Depreciates a lot, so will take that.

Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.

Audi Sugar Land review
I had an outstanding experience working with Logan Daniel at Audi Sugar Land. From the moment I walked in, Logan went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and all the options available. What truly stood out was how he exceeded my expectations at every step—answering all my questions, being transparent, and making sure I felt confident about my purchase. He genuinely cared about delivering a great customer experience rather than just making a sale. If you’re looking to buy an Audi and want someone who will go the extra mile, I highly recommend working with Logan. Thank you for making the experience exceptional! 🚗✨

Audi Central Houston review
My appointment was with someone else, but after waiting about 15 minutes, I was approached by Sales Manager Michael Mullings who kindly offered to help. He connected with the person with whom I was scheduled to be sure it was ok. This was the first indication of his strength of character and professionalism. Michael was an absolute delight to work with. I was not sure what I wanted to purchase, so he showed me all options and full explained the differences. We ended up searching the used car inventory and took one out for a test drive. He was kind, unassuming and very patient with me. He even worked late to help me, since I needed to purchase a car very quickly. The next day, we negotiated a price via phone and I was able to come in after work to complete the purchase. He had the car detailed and paperwork ready to go on my arrival. So I was only there for about 30-40 minutes. Then he and another salesman kindly helped me get my current and new car to my apartment complex which was only 5 minutes from the dealership. As a woman, I appreciated Michael treating me with respect and kindness, and most of all, like a serious buyer. I also am grateful for the speed at which he operated to help me get a wonderful deal and vehicle quickly. I could not be happier with the service and experience with Michael Mullings at Audi Central Houston!!
2023 Audi Q5 review
This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

Audi Central Houston review
Satisfactory. All questions were answered. Salesman was nice and courteous. Jonny Harris took care of all our questions and needs. Although he did not agree to provide a golf bag which was on display, but he did good.
2023 Audi Q3 review
Very comfortable drive and ride, has all the top shelf features for comfort, technology, safety . Sturdy buttons, interior materials are high class. Can take 89/91 grade gasoline. City drive is 25mpg, highway is upto 32mpg. oil change intervals is 10000mile . Seats in the back recline by adjustment, making it comfortable in long drives. Recently had a 14hour highway drive- was feeling refreshed even at the end of the day. The highway drive at night was not fatiguing to the eyes, likely because the glass quality must be really good compared to other brands. Wish they had a hybrid version to get better mpg or even better, a plug in hybrid version would be welcome for the future. The trunk space is small and can fit only one international size suitcase.

I had an exceptional experience at Audi West Houston! From start to finish, Michael, my Audi brand specialist, made the process seamless and enjoyable. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive, making sure I found exactly what I was looking for. His professionalism and friendly demeanor truly stood out. Grant in finance was just as fantastic?clear, efficient, and so easy to work with. He walked me through every step of the paperwork with transparency and made the entire process stress-free. Thanks to Michael and Grant, I drove away in my new Audi feeling confident and excited about my purchase. If you?re looking for an amazing car-buying experience, I can?t recommend Audi West Houston enough!

Friendly, straight forward. Clean cars, easy to deal with. Did have to replace the battery after less than a week. Other than that, totally satisfied.
2019 Audi e-tron review
The good: This a responsive, comfortable electric vehicle. It has just about every feature you would want in a car. The interior is very well finished. The handling is good, the ride smooth and quiet. The bad: Charging with household current is very slow. Fuel efficiency is not very good (77-80 MPGE for the Etron, 120-130 MPGE for other electrics). Also repairs (which are rare, I hear) can take a while. I had a simple problem with the audio system and the dealer kept the car for 6 weeks.
