Bought my 2008 Lexus IS 250 a year ago. Ran great and the salesman was super attentive and on point with every part of the process.

We love this car. Extremely comfortable to drive, spacious and with it's 4cyl 2L GDI turbo engine is one of the most fuel efficient SUVs on the market. Our Q5 has 170,000 miles, had various age resulted suspension, fuel and water pump repair/maintenance but nothing too abnormal. With continued maintenance it will run another 50k miles so we hope. Next we will go electric with the ID4 or Q4 e-tron

But more importantly for us, he made the buying process efficient and painless as we absolutely HATE spending hours at the dealership purchasing vehicles. This car is a great city car, handles well, accelerates awesome, looks great. Great for trips, comfortable, fast, smooth. Great for all weather. xxxxxxthrough a foot of snow, handles ice, and rain with secure confidence. I've never gotten stuck in this car! There's a reason half the cars in Boulder are Audi's. It's been reliable transportation and lovingly cared for.

Was greeted right away, given refreshments, my salesperson Dana Rose was personable, dealings were honest, coating application the same day and was given a loaner while that was being done to go to lunch. End experience was very nice with the car being in an enclosed space and the dealers clapping and being congratulating. Cleanliness of the dealership as well. Felt upscale. Was treated with 100% respect.

Very comfortable drive and ride, has all the top shelf features for comfort, technology, safety . Sturdy buttons, interior materials are high class. Can take 89/91 grade gasoline. City drive is 25mpg, highway is upto 32mpg. oil change intervals is 10000mile . Seats in the back recline by adjustment, making it comfortable in long drives. Recently had a 14hour highway drive- was feeling refreshed even at the end of the day. The highway drive at night was not fatiguing to the eyes, likely because the glass quality must be really good compared to other brands. Wish they had a hybrid version to get better mpg or even better, a plug in hybrid version would be welcome for the future. The trunk space is small and can fit only one international size suitcase.

Julian and the rest of the staff were very patient with me while I took a long time to decide which car to get. This was my first time buying an Audi and I was very particular with what I wanted. I would highly recommend this dealership, especially Julian.

Great all around car, no reliability issues. Fun to drive and is big enough to comfortably seat 5. I have really enjoyed this new car.

Although it took a week for a part to arrive I was given a courtesy car which helped a lot. Also glad the mechanic found 2 problems that could have caused more serious problems if not replaced.
