Lexus of CerritosReviews
Lexus of Cerritos review
Dorina Gonzalez at Lexus of Cerritos was amazing to work with. We told her exactly what we wanted, including a very specific exterior and interior color combination that was hard to find. She checked with other dealerships and kept in touch with me daily until she found the exact car we wanted. We purchased an RX 450h+ and love it so far! This is the fourth Lexus in our family, but our first brand-new purchase. We had an excellent experience with our previous certified pre-owned Lexus, and this experience was just as wonderful. Thank you, Dorina and the Lexus of Cerritos team!

Audi West CovinaReviews
Audi West Covina review
The dealership was fine although it was there many hours even by a used car that we decided on the price in a text before I got there, but my issue is I’ve been trying to get paperwork from the dealership with my purchase price and all the details where all the fees and taxes are and a copy of the seven year extended warranty, which I have no proof that I even bought it so right now I’m kind of discouraged because of that

CarMax San Gabriel Valley/DuarteReviews
CarMax San Gabriel Valley/Duarte review
I bought a 2004 Pilot a month ago here. My salesman, Tim, knew exactly which loan to submit me for because I had no job and bad credit but a big down payment. He had me financed with no problem in minutes. A few days before I went to Carmax Burbank for a different car but with the same down payment and the saleswoman there did not do the same thing. The car was purchased in 2 hours and I was driving home. I bought the warranty tey offer which is a great bumper to bumper extended through their company. They have a 5 day return policy. I opted to return my car on day 4 to pay for the warranty in cash so as not to finance it at the very high interest rate I bought the car at. The return was also easy and everything was done in less than an hour. A month later now, I have found a few things wrong with this 2004 that seemed to have slipped past their extensive reconditioning program. I took it in with odd complaints a dealer would normally say they couldn't duplicate. They addressed them all and even gave me a loaner SUV for my babies to fit in while I waited the few days for the parts to arrive. GREAT STORE! Great customer service! And there's a play room for the kids! *Avoid the coffee!! It is terrible!!!

I been coming to this guys for couple years now. They never let me down. We as a family collectively bought 3 cars here and each time they helped us out. My sales and finance reps where Marlene and Teo. Super happy.

Peter & Mario were great, super patient while I was deciding and saving up my down payment. Very communicative and considerate! They detailed my car while I signed final paperwork. A great car buying experience!

Autohighway, IncReviews
Autohighway, Inc review
Auto Highway, Inc. I took delivery today of my E350 AMG Mercedes-Benz two door coupe. The dealership offers a wide selection of quality used, classic & vintage cars that are in pristine condition. Their competitive pricing fast, efficient, and stress-free purchasing process is something I will long remember. Jerry Medrano (Sales Manager) was friendly, informative, knowledgeable, professional but most of all honest and provided me with excellent service. I made the purchase sight unseen based on Jerry's knowledge of the vehicle's Carfax, past ownership & reliability. The car was delivered with four brand new tires, a protective clear coat applied to the paint and original owners manual in a leather bound binder. I purchased a one owner (family,) vehicle with less than 29,000 MI in flawless condition. As a car collector, I look forward to doing business with Jerry Medrano & Auto Highway Inc. again. Buying a used car from a private party or dealership can be a very stressful experience. The car looks great and runs better. I can't thank you enough Jerry ... I rate ***** five stars and would highly recommend Auto Highway, Inc for all your automotive needs. Respectfully David Harrison Levi Honorary Mayor City of Beverly Hills Located in Los Angeles, California, Auto Highway, Inc. is a family-owned independent dealership committed to delivering a seamless, transparent, and enjoyable car-buying experience. This was the most relaxed and efficient purchase my wife and I have ever made. We were in and out with a RAV4 in less than two hours, including a test drive. The salesman, Joshua, was fantastic. There was zero pressure to buy but lots of information and help in making our decision.
