My wife and I flew in from out of town after accepting the terms of purchase and the financing deal over the phone. Although I was hesitant throughout the deal making process leading up to the decision, as I was engaging several other dealers, once I was able to understand all the details I needed to make a decision, the rest of the process was smooth sailing thanks to the professional and friendly team at Hardy.
2022 Audi Q5 e review
I purchased a 2022 Q5e prestige and have owned it for four months. It currently has 5k miles. My overall rating would have been 5 stars if not for a charging issue that took two weeks to resolve (the car would not charge using an L2 or L2 charger). After they replaced the charging harness everything has been perfect. I bought the Audi Q5e specifically because it had decent enough all-electric range, EPA rated at 22 miles which works for my commute. The good news is that I have yet to have a full charge under 29 miles. Most are in the 30-35 range. The highest was 42 miles. I've taken a few road trips in the 250 mile range and averaged 34-36 MPG. If I use NAV, the car is very good at parsing out the battery so it lasts nearly to the destination. It takes about 2.5 hours on an L2 charger from zero to full. The seats are extremely comfortable, great for long trips. The AC is the best I've seen (even better than my wife's X1) and the user interface is easy and makes sense. The touch screen is big and responsive, however it is a bit of a stretch but that is really splitting hairs. The trunk is plenty big, the handling is smooth, the cabin is spacious and whisper-quiet. Absolutely love the adaptive cruise control and lane keeping assist. The back seat is great for two adult passengers (3 is a bit cramped but possible), and even tilts for additional comfort. I bought the car to cut down on my CO2 emissions and to prep for my next vehicle which will be fully electric. The Q5e is an excellent car with amazing tech.

2021 Audi Q5 e review
I've had my Q5e for about 19 months and have been very satisfied with this vehicle. The electric charge ranges from 21 up to 30 miles and if AC or heat is used the charge drops quickly but using it in hybrid mode helps at these times. Nice pickup when you want to go and very quiet.

2016 Audi A3 e-tron review
If you want a sporty high-performing car that gets over 100mpg in short trips, this is the car for you! Amazingly corners and the fastest car from a dead-stop of any car I've owned and this is of course due largely to the fact it is a high-performing hybrid.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Juan the salesmen who went to bat for me to get the best car and APR with Vic(more on him later) he was awesome with the same welcoming and wanting to make sure I was happy the same attitude as Scott. Vic and Robert not grumpy guys in an office but laid back,fun and they really worked hard to make sure my deal was the best and safe financially. If you have not been to Audi exchange in Highland Park,Il then you bought your car at the wrong place. In my professional life I am call a subject matter expert in oncology but this organization and their fellow colleagues are subject matter experts in treating ppl outstandingly and wanting to make you happy not just put you in a car. Yesterday I picked up my 3rd used car from the Audi Connection in Cincinnati, Ohio and I don't live in that state. Four years ago I had a little extra time before a sales call and I stopped in the Audi Connection dealership and gave Greg Meyer an opportunity to tell me about Audi quality engineering. I invested in an Audi after that conversation with Greg and I went back two subsequent times and bought cars. I was treated very well by everyone in the dealship that first day I went into the dealership, and that level of appreciation and respect continues every time I go back. I'm glad I gave Greg Meyer the chance to tell me about Audi's in depth quality assembly process which translates into trouble free driver experience. In my 4 years driving the Audi's that Greg sold me I have never had any problem with any of my cars. Not one trouble warning light, not one misfire, not one manufacturing oversight just simply exceeded driving expectations. One feature I really like is the Audi's unique Quattro drive, in the rain, in the snow I'm the 4 door sedan passing the Suv's. Thanks to Butch, Greg, and Gib a professional team that supports a great product with strong knowledgeable service.
