I never thought I would get an audi because I used to heard a lot of concerns about euro auto qualities. I almost got a TLX, just because I was not sure about the leasing deal yet, I was about to come back to Acura next day with some study. However, somehow we stopped at Audi to give a first ever try on Audi A4, yes, that was the fun time started. Anyway, we ended up at Audi Fremont for the color/configuration we were looking for. We were so lucky that Dante got us first. He shared many knowledge and experiences with us to help us to make decision. Unlike other sale folks, Dante did never show any hint to rush the deal to his customer. Even better, he gave us a good deal already when we were ready for the quote to begin with. It seems Dante just enjoy his work more than selling stuff. At the time I drop my A4 off, we become friends. I strongly recommend Audi Fremont if you are looking for an audi product, and you shall go to Mr. Dante Kanki whom you can trust for sure.

I went to this dealership because they are new and it's really easy to get appointments. No one knows they are there yet so you can get appointments right away. I took off one star because the two things I went in there were not covered by the warranty. I wanted the brakes fixed and the alignment on my soft close doors fixed. They explained why they are not covered and they were very polite, but the Audi warranty always seems to have some reason why something is not covered. Also I needed a part for my car and they have to order it so i have to go back. It's not a rare part so i was surprised they didn't have it. They have a new fleet of loaners so that is nice. When I go to livermore I end up with a Hertz which I find annoying. Their service floor is clean, they have a great coffee machine, everyone is very polite and i will go there again over livermore or other Audi dealers.
Starting from the initial Internet contact with Diego, to the moment we stepped foot on the lot and met Jim Cord and his sincere warmth and friendliness, to the efficiency of Jeff Rosen, thoroughly explaining and matching a comparative offer from another dealer, to finally wrap finances around with Ed, we could have not been more satisfied the ease, friendliness and no pressure attitude of the entire staff. There is always the stress of playing games when you get ready to purchase a vehicle, and we truly felt that this group did not do that with us. The entire experience maybe lasted 2-3 hours, and we are now owners of a beautiful vehicle
Oscar is THE BEST. Every negative experience I have had at other dealerships was immediately wiped away when I worked with Oscar. He made me feel very comfortable throughout the process and was not at all pushy while I tried to make my decision. He and his team worked very well together and made sure I didn't have to repeat myself to multiple people along the way. Sterling was also extremely kind and made sure I understood all aspects of my financial commitment before walking off the lot. I will look forward to coming back to this dealership in the future!
I had my car towed in and Kevin was very helpful. Not only did Kevin keep me posted on the progress of my repair, he took the time to explain the problem in detail and in a way that I was able to understand easily. I really appreciated the respect with which he treated me and making me feel like a valued client.
I don't like to write reviews unless it was well deserved but my experience with Danny and the staff wasn't something to go unnoticed. They were able to help me with my car problems in a timely manner. Danny was very friendly and accomodating. I would definitely recommend their professionalism and service.

Financing was easy - I emailed my guidelines and was pre-approved and scheduled a test drive same day! My sales rep and everyone at the sale floor was nice and courteous. I came out of there with the car I wanted, with the payment terms (including extended warranties, etc) within my budget and the car was impecable! You cant beat MB quality of product and service. I brought my Sequoia in for a routine service since it was over 7 months since my last service. My service advisor was Lyndon De Vera. He pulled up details of my last service, and quickly determined I just needed an oil change and not a tire rotation. During the service they noticed that my drivers side wiper was in need of replacement - something that I'd forgotten about. Lyndon also got me a quote to replace a piece of broken trim.
Malcolm was amazing and provided my wife an informative but stress free test drive. It sold us on the car. I am blanking on the name but the gentleman who helped with financing also did an amazing job and was helpful and honest.
Strong personal note. I really liked Soheila Babakhani's involvement in my questions and points to address. She was aways caring, willing to help, consulted me and did a great after care job so far. Really happy with that depth of contact
