After going to several other dealers, decided to give CarMax a try, credit has some dings, just like lots of folks these days, but they found me some financing quickly with no endless run around like other dealers. Had a serious transmission problem less than a year after purchase but the MaxCare warranty took care of it, plus provided a rental for the week they had my car, no questions or problems, only had to pay deductible of 100 on a 2200 repair. Excellent experience all the way around, I've recommended several people to them. Will definitely go back when I'm ready for my Camaro!! :-)

Exceptional customer service! I bought a truck the middle of this year and picked it up in the rain. When it finally dried out I noticed a cloudiness to the paint on what area. A few weeks ago I decided to have it looked at finally. I discovered a fairly significant issue with the paint when I took it to my detailer and then a paint guy. I emailed them clearly not expecting much to happen as it had been 6 months and they had no obligation to do anything about it. I was shocked when Tyler from their service department called me the next day to schedule a time for me to bring my truck in so they could fix the issue by re-paining the area at no charge. I showed up on my appointment day and he had a loaner car ready and I was in an out with no questions asked. He said they would get right on it, but to give them a few days to get it fixed. They called the next day for me to pick it up and it looked showroom new. It even had a full tank of gas and considering I have a 30 gallon tank that is extremely generous. So many things they did that they didn't have to do, were under no obligation to do, but did so anyway. Truly the best customer service I have ever experienced.

I had no plan of getting the car I thought I was going to experience another rude salesman’s so I was just going to see it in person and really didn’t want to talk. I was totally wrong. Jayson was amazing and very professional. He had lots of patience with me. Jayson’s energy was amazing, so much so where due to unforeseen circumstances I was shopping for another car.. Since I had such a great unexpected experience with Jayson I said I have to go back to him even though the dealership is 1 hour and 15 minutes away from me and I was referred to another dealership 15 minutes away from me. I called him and said Jayson let’s make magic again after telling him what I was looking for.. Well yesterday that was what we did. I purchased a 2023 bmw x6 with the M sport package (my white diamond) Jayson once again was simplyyyyyy amazing, alone with MrJR, one of the managers, Mr. Bobby another manager and Mr. Don the finance manager. Thank you guys so much.. Jayson was a call away and talked to me while he was off.. I told Jayson I wasn’t taking that drive to the dealership unless we could make magic with that car, he said don’t worry we will and we DID💃🏽 Another great experience . Wonderful people who made a horrible experience turn into an amazing one that was worth the drive anytime.. Looking to get a car definitely ask for Jayson Robertson, he is truly that guy!! 2022 Audi A4 review

2021 Audi S4 review
Love this car. Had it for 3 years now. I would recommend getting a after market intake and intercooler.. stock is was to small.. they put in a a4 intercooler to s4 which cause some issues if you live in a hot state like I do.
