Mercedes Benz of Washington (PA) diagnosed and fixed a problem another MB dealership caused. From the moment I walked in the door I knew I was in good hands with service writer Amy Nelson. I did not have an appointment for a Service B but Amy quickly got me in and arranged for a driver (Dale! Who was awesome!) to take me back to my office. A problem was found under the hood that only the MB dealership where I purchased the car could have caused. This is where Service Manager Bob Anderson came in. Bob went above and beyond to get my car properly fixed and out the door in record time. Come to find Bob has been at this dealership for 35 years. Unheard of these days! Bob and staff provided me with the utmost care and for that I am most thankful.
2011 Audi A5 review
This is a perfect car for California, especially now in needing to get out to feel free. Nothing is better than driving the coast with the top down. This Quattro is in excellent condition driven by my wife who took great care of the care.

My Porsche journey began early Feb 2026 with a call to Porsche Sewickley to inquire about a car that was being advertised on CarGurus. Without delay, I was connected to one of the Sales Professionals, Mr. Bob McLaughlin. Out the gate, he was consistently professional, responsive, and thorough in addressing all of my questions and concerns. A few wks later, I made the 4-hr drive from the DMV area to Sewickley to see the car. After the test drive, I knew it had to be mine, but needed time to make an informed decision. He never applied pressure during this process and was incredibly respectful, as he understood that purchasing a Porsche would be a significant investment for me. He and I did the dance for a couple of wks until I decided to secure the car. Every step of the process was smooth and painless. Bob connected me to his team?s Finance Manager, Mr. James Lumbantoruan, who was knowledgeable and guided me on all things finance-related. I also enjoyed chatting with him about Beyonc�. When I returned back to Sewickley to make the purchase, I was welcomed at the airport by their friendly and knowledgeable driver, the ?other Bob.? I cannot tell you how exceptional my experience was from first contact. Everyone that I encountered, to include the Sales Manager, Mr. Dwight Woodside and another Sales Professional, Mr. Stephen Overby all created a personalized small business vibe. 2020 Audi Q7 review
I had been watching cars.com and other web sites for a 2020 or 2021 Audi Q7 for months. This car popped up, met my basic qualifications and was only 50 miles from my house. Called the dealer, drove down the next day, test drove the car and made an offer. Deal was done in an hour. And, they gave me above market value for my 2015 Audi Q7.

2023 Audi Q5 review
This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

2023 Audi Q5 review
A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.

2021 Audi Q7 review
I really like it. I have the Prestige package. Some disappointments however. When turning from a slow speed or stop there is often a lag or bucking. So I need to be careful especially when pulling into traffic. It is annoying for 85k vehicle. Also had it with my 2018. Figured it would be fixed by now. Common Audi issue I have read. Limited interior storage space. Voice navigation command is iffy so I use Waze. MPG is less than my 18 model. Same 3.0. It gets better in Dynamic mode. Otherwise I love driving it. Style is nice and gets a lot of comments. Interior comfort is fine with a nice sense of control. I think I would buy another one but not if they don't fix the lag. I feel it could be a safety negative. Electronics are abundant. Takes some time to get used to them all. Probably I don't even use them all. I pull out manual off and on and still discovering things after a year. Overall though I really enjoy driving it.

2021 Audi A4 allroad review
I own a 2019 2nd Allroad I've owned. I have a preium plus summer & winter package. I have the lower thigh support. Great on fuel but it runs on preium gas. Handling is great, and the ride makes you want to keep driving it. I never had issues with my 2014 and after a year & half nearing 35K miles I have only changed oil rotated the tires. Audi dealerships treat you Right. Not impressed with BMW, my wife's car spends it's life at the dealership! Quatro over X-drive no comparison! U will enjoy UR Audi experience.

The whole deal took literally a couple of hours, and everything took place in the most calm and comfortable atmosphere. The service is at the highest level, not a single negative thing. The consultants really help you choose a car, and do not pressure you with their opinion.
2022 Audi e-tron review
The Car is just great, but potential buyers beware. One problem is that there is no permanent roof sunshade. I purchased a Porche Taycan sunshade that stays in place with 12 clips, since they are sister vehicles. Living in Florida, the glass roof gets beyond hot and cooks the top of your head. Another issue is the chargeable miles. At 80% charge I get 245 "electric" miles, and at 100% I get just about 300 "electric" miles. Using the a/c, the radio, or head lights will eat up about 45 miles easily. Tune ups are expensive considering there is no engine. My first major tune up this year was $1,600, a lot more than expected. 4 year warranty is up in June, Audi wants $9,300 for 4 more years or 48K miles. I went with a third party insurer for 5 years/30K miles for $4,300. Too bad Audi doesn't have more faith in the quality of their vehicles.
