In 2016, I bought my 2017 Porsche Macan fully-loaded at Downtown L.A. Porsche. The sales experience – from test driving four different Porsche SUV and sports-car models, to the calm negotiations – was the most professional in 31 years of car-purchases. Yet, my 2019 customer service and car repair EXCEEDED this positive sales experience. The one throughline in these experiences is DTLA GM Victor Ghassemi. In short, my tires were defective and there was a battery issue. After I talked with a closer dealer who tried to upsell me roughly $3000 in repairs, I reached back to Downtown L.A. Porsche. Within 48 hours, Victor’s professional driver picked-up (and later delivered) my Macan for free. Victor took care of every issue with astonishing generosity. DTLA Porsche service representative Irwin delivered Victor’s directives with organization and timeliness. The whole experience once again made other car brands and service pale in comparison. 2014 Audi allroad review
I bought this car in early 2021 (Premium Plus package) and have had it for about a year now. I'm absolutely in love with the car - the handling, passing power, refined cabin with all the bells and whistles, aggressive body lines for a wagon and overall size. I've long owned wagons; mostly subarus with a WRX, Forester and Crosstrek XV; and was once a die hard Subie owner... until I got into this Audi and it blew my mind. Subaru is not known for its interior features or designs, so the refinement and design of the interior on the Allroad was a major change for me and I never realized how much I appreciate the bells and whistles like power seats, heated seats, Bluetooth compatibility, Nav, independent climate controls, etc. Most notably is the highway power... the "get-up" in this car at freeway speeds is absolutely outstanding and excites me everytime I need to pass. Took it on a road trip to southern Cali last summer and was very impressed with the gas mileage on the long trip (about 420 miles to a tank) and the ride is soooooo smooth and enjoyable. I long commuted from Phoenix to Sacramento (780 miles/13hrs) in my Subaru's and by hour 6-7, I was always hurting... took me about 8 hours to get to SoCal last summer and the entire duration of the drive was enjoyable and my body felt great upon arrival in the Allroad. If you like wagon's... this is the vehicle to own!

2017 Audi A4 allroad review
Beyond the sleek styling, the Allroad is amazing in adverse weather. When cars are spinning off the road or hydroplaning, this Audi muscles it’s way through. In addition, with the fold-down seats, it operates like a little truck, holding futons, bicycles, whatever.

2021 Audi A4 allroad review
I own a 2019 2nd Allroad I've owned. I have a preium plus summer & winter package. I have the lower thigh support. Great on fuel but it runs on preium gas. Handling is great, and the ride makes you want to keep driving it. I never had issues with my 2014 and after a year & half nearing 35K miles I have only changed oil rotated the tires. Audi dealerships treat you Right. Not impressed with BMW, my wife's car spends it's life at the dealership! Quatro over X-drive no comparison! U will enjoy UR Audi experience.

2025 Audi RS 6 Avant review
Overall, this is an excellent car. Given the all wheel drive and advanced suspension geometry the handling and responsiveness are among the best that I have driven; in light of its size and engine position in particular this is as surprising as it is welcome. The power train is more than adequate and works well with the car in all modes and conditions. My main complaint has to do with its nanny care overload, it is more than annoying and entirely inappropriate in such a vehicle. I own two other 2025 cars neither of which are so intrusive. All of this having been said, I do like the car and intend to keep it despite its frustrating "features".

After a terrible experience at Rusnak! I had the car there(Rusnak Service Dept." for 5 days with an appointment before they did a "Check Engine Light" Like.. come-on! Really!? I decided to take my Porsche out of there and called Porsche Downtown in L.A. and made an appointment for tomorrow morning with Andy Acevedo Service Advisor. Great guy! I dropped my car the next day and they gave me a beautiful loaner. Which Rusnak never offered me the last four times I had brought my 991. I received a call from Andy around 2 p.m. and told me they replaced a defective engine thermostat and the vehicle was ready for pickup! Like Wow! THANK ANDY AND L.A. PORSCHE FOR THE GREAT SERVICE!

2024 Audi RS 6 Avant review
This car obviously speaks for itself. Eye catcher. Great handling and performance. Huge trunk and comfortable passenger and back seat. Huge breaks. Super small turning radius. Wish Audi included service with the car. I think competitors (BMW M5) is cheaper. Overall love the car.
