Pedro was very easy to work with. They worked with me to get close to my price point but I did not feel like they were playing games. Ali had all the paperwork ready to go when we got there. He was easy and very pleasant to work with. Would definately shop there again.

CarsIndex - Horsham review
Our experience with CarsIndex was fantastic! We were shopping for our daughter's first affordable used car. I came across CarsIndex through browsing used vehicles on the CarFax website. We were warmly greeted by our salesperson, Steph. We let him know which vehicle we were interested in. He pulled it up and prepared it for a test drive. The vehicle was in great condition! Our daughter loved it! The purchasing process was smooth and pain-free! THIS is how business SHOULD be conducted! I highly recommend Steph and the CarsIndex team for your next auto purchase! 💯
2018 Audi A4 review
This has been a solid vehicle all around. The tech has been responsive with little to no lag for infotainment which can be a big deal with other manufacturers. All the safety features work great with no malfunctions. Long trips I average around 35mpg on premium but it’s not very comfortable after a few hours. Road and wind noise is about what you’d expect from a Subaru but the interior doesn’t rattle the slightest even on rough roads. Haven’t had any real issues arise after 10,000 miles. It’s currently at 28,000 miles and I’ve only done simple maintenance items and a set of tires. I do want to bring up the capability of this car in the snow because its the best I’ve ever experienced. After owning multiple 4Motion VW’s this is all around better for traction in several inches of fresh snow and light ice. Gives you a ton of confidence because this car will make it through a rough storm or two. It’s been a great commuter for the wife and a fun car for me with spirited driving on tracks for the price you pay.
