Started my trade-in with another dealership that my wife and I disappointedly walked away from. We noticed a Mercedes at Bentley down the street from the other dealership and called and spoke with Ihsan. We laid out what we were looking for on our trade in and Ihsan was able to work within reason on getting us close to what we wanted, with no hassle or games that some experience. The presentation of the car for the test drive was excellent, the communication was great, and the sales process was a smooth and pressure free as a buyer could ask for. My husband and I purchased two brand new vehicles yesterday from Mercedes Benz of Lehigh Valley. The customer service there was exceptional. Our salesman was Dave Cooke. Dave is Awesome! He was very professional, knowledgeable, personable and really made us feel at home. All of the staff there are very welcoming. It's like one big happy family. Elijah, the F & I Manager was awesome as well. He thoroughly went over all of the paperwork. He is very knoledgeable.There wasn't one question that we asked that he couldn't answer. After the purchase, we were greeted by two General Mangers who introduced themselves and congratulated us which I thought was very nice. I apologize for not remembering their names. Beth, the customer experience manager also introduced herself, congratulated us, explained her role and also told us that when we were ready to get our vehicles serviced, she would send someone to our home to pick our vehicles up, drop us off a loaner and bring our vehicles back when they are done. How awesome is that! And she knows we live a hour away. Talk about Customer Service! I also had the pleasure of speaking with James Lewis, he was also very welcoming. James let me know that if Dave wasn't available, he would be more than happy to assist me. Thank you James! All I can say is, it was very nice to go into an establishment and feel so welcomed. The customer service is top tier. Thanks again everyone! We want to especially thank Dave Cooke for his WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! It was such a pleasure working with him.

The build quality is clearly above your typical mass-produced luxury sedans. Did I mention the endless power? The vehicle has a very comfortable ride, but very responsive steering. I am showing a 5 Star reliability rating, but only time will tell.
