Tofik was excellent and I can recommend him to any of my friends. The long wait for the finance office was aggravating. You shouldn't have to wait over an hour to pay!! The dealership is clean and everyone is courteous. One big complaint, is they can not put an inspection sticker on your vehicle. So another wait at a service station for an inspection sticker.
These guys were great. I was a little apprehensive at first about working with a used car dealer, but they had the specific vehicle I was looking for. Wesley and John were very helpful and friendly, with no hard sell. They gave me a fair offer for my trade, and the vehicle I purchased is in excellent condition. I’m very pleased with this dealership and the transaction. I will definitely check them out again when I need to replace my next vehicle, and I recommend them.
I have been buying cars for over 40 years now and Lou Forti at Boston Lamborghini is THE best! I am on my third Lamborghini here, first purchase was a new 2015 Huracan coupe a few years back, and I just picked up a new 2017 matte black Huracan Spyder 610-4. I also just traded in my Matte Black Aventador SV (it is currently in the showroom in case anyone is interested:)). Lou gave me his personal cell phone number right off the bat and he texts and/or calls back immediately, even on his days off. The manager there Rich is fantastic to work with too. Really just two of the best I have ever dealt with. Thanks again guys and I'll be back for my Matte Black Performante Spyder next year:)
I walked in and Joyce gave me extensive information on the new Rolls Royce Wraith. I wasn't looking to buy that day, but was still given the knowledge about what these beautiful machines have to offer and to help me lean towards a future purchase with this dealership.

I recently leased a QP from Boch Maserati of New England although I live in Los Angeles! Unlike my local, Boch Maserati was very interested to have my business. The service I received from the General Sales Manager of the dealership, Sherine Dacamara, was truly exceptional. Sherine handled everything professionally with determination and care. Throughout the process of the deal, she had a great attitude, an easy and reassuring style, exerted tremendous effort and dedicated as much time as was needed to make sure my requirements are taken care of. She undoubtedly understands what it takes to service her clients and that is rather rare in this day and age. I am very impressed with Boch Maserati and it takes a lot to impress me. Now that our children have graduated from College, my wife and I decided to visit Bentley Boston to get more information about the Continental GT V8 S. We were greeted with a warm smile and a welcoming good morning from the salesperson, Joyce Zavolas. We have been a longtime Mercedes Benz customer. She addressed all our questions and passionately provided us many interesting details of the Bentley craftsmanship down to the V8 tailpipe. To our dismay, the backseat was unable to accommodate our elderly passengers comfortably. If one should consider a Bentley purchase I highly recommend requesting Joyce Zavolas.
This dealership is new and an up and comer. Their process is quick, easy and hassle free. I was treated with respect and the service is awesome. My main point of contact was Jonathan. His attention to detail and communication were both great. I met 2 of his co-workers and they too, were professionals. This dealership and brand is a welcome addition for those in search of high end, exotic cars sold in a professional way.
Bad days and misunderstandings happen to all of us but the customer service redemption of this dealership is impeccable. They have me on a happiness high. Very grateful for Jeff and Jeremy. Odometer Fraud. Patrick Titshaw tried to commit odometer fraud with my 2015 Smart Car Passion Coupe to evade honoring the four year 50,000 warranty.
