Mo Zareef was a great sales consultant. Super calm during negotiations, explained everything well. No high pressure sales. We had been to the dealership several times before just browsing and never felt pressured into anything. Mo really went above and beyond, even explained delivery of the vehicle. LEXUS OF TOLEDO WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. I LIVE IN CLEVELAND AND DID NOT GET THIS TYPE OF EXCELLENT SERVICE. I DID BUY A LEXUS 350ES AND BROUGHT IT HOME TODAY. THE SALESMAN WAS SCOTT. I DID ALOT OF E-MAILS AND RESEARCH ON THE CAR FIRST, ONLINE AND BASICALLY NEGOCIATED ONLINE. I ALSO HAD A TRADE-IN AND THEY WERE VERY FAIR WITH IT. I AM ORIGINALLY FROM THE TOLEDO AREA AND HAVE MANY FRIENDS AND FAMILY LIVING THERE, I WILL DEFINEATELY PASS WITH WORD. I GIVE THEM A 5 STAR.
This has to be one of the best , most time efficient and pleasant car buying experience ever for me. Everything was well handled over the phone in advance and I literally had to spent the least time at the dealership . I traded in a Camry XLE V6 for an ES350. Couldn't be happier . It was well worth the drive from Cleveland .

Everything was good they made me feel as if I had more options than other dealers I went too in the last month. Also I didn't feel as if I was just being sold a car. Or them just wanting the money from me . The time was made for me to feel satisfied .
We have a 2011 Cayenne and have always been pleased with the service department, especially with Phil Kaiser???s friendly approach and informed advice. Most recently Phil worked directly with Porsche Corporate to find the best solution for what was an unexpected malfunction. The car now is as good as new and the whole experience was minimally disruptive.
A dealership above the rest. Whether it is regular maintenance or an emergency repair, I can count on them to take care of the situation. Plus, they always provide the information of the repair and why.
I live in Jackson, MI; bought my 2013 A6 from Naples, FL so had to find a service department up here. First trip was to the state capital. Let's just say I'll never go back again. Pretty much always worked with Joseph Gruss. He could always get me a "near-new" loaner Audi if the service might take longer. Communication always great. Yesterday brought it in for a part on the front fender to be replaced. I was in and out literally 45 minutes. Granted it was easy work but I was still very impressed with their speed. Just settling in with the hot tea and snacks provided in their comfortable waiting area and pulling out my laptop to start some work when Joe told me that they were done. In the sales department, I've known Barry Strecker a long time; bought 3 cars through him when he was at MB. Extremely knowledgeable and always looked out for my best interest. Definitely will call on him for our next vehicle purchase.
I have dealt with many service departments in my lifetime and have had many good and bad experiences of the like. Germain Audi's service department is far and above the best I have ever dealt with. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to always go the extra mile. Patrick in particular is one of the most professional service techs that I worked with. If anyone needs to have their Audi serviced from the most minor to most complicated, look no further than Germain. You will not be disappointed.
Purchased my 2016 Cayenne from Germain and have had it serviced there from the start. Sales experience was great; Jay Douglas sold me my car and did a great job of finding what I wanted, even beyond my expectations. Service department with Phil Kaiser is phenomenal. Easy to get an appointment, they are great to work with. Estimates are good, service is always done right the first time. Never a wait to get in and they provide a Porsche service loaner; sometimes a Cayman or a Panamera! All in all, highly recommended...I'll keep buying from Germain because they're that good.
Once again Germain Porsche of Ann Arbor does it again with exceptional service. Whenever an issue comes up with my car or it???s just scheduled service this dealership goes above and beyond in making ownership of a Porsche special. From sales to finance to service everyone is always professional and friendly and it shows they value you as a customer. I???ve never experienced that from any other dealership I use to deal with. Went to Germaine for service on a used Porsche as I had work performed at another Porsche dealer who didn???t properly repair the wheel vibration I was experiencing. Met Phil in the service department (Super good guy) and they immediately (and correctly!) diagnosed this issue. Better yet, they even took care of the warranty on some tires that I didn???t even buy from them ??? Wow! Highly recommend!
I worked with Ryan in September 2018 to purchase a car, and he was incredibly helpful. I had never purchased a car myself before, so I had a lot of questions. Ryan was very easy to get along with, answered all of my questions, and did not at all pressure me to buy anything. I felt that I could trust him to be honest with me and sell me the car at a fair price. If I ever need to purchase another car, I would definitely want to work with Ryan again.
