Herndon ChevroletReviews
Herndon Chevrolet review
I had a fantastic experience buying my new car from Chase Kipp at Herndon Chevrolet in Lexington. He was easy to work with, understanding, and made the entire process quick and stress-free. I never felt pressured, and he took the time to answer my questions and make sure I was comfortable every step of the way. If you're looking for a new vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Chase. I was so happy with my experience that I've already recommended him to several of my friends. Great customer service from start to finish!
2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
I have a 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 and simply love my truck. It now has 110,000 miles and the only repairs I needed were a water pump under warranty at 99,000 miles and brake system that needed to be upgraded. It's comfortable and drives like a car. This is my 6th Silverado truck. You can't go wrong.

2020 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 review
Had two issues; Evaporator Core had to be replaced ($4k) and the drivers seat (Mtex) ripped two times and appears to be ready to rip again. The evaporator core failed when the car was 4 years old. It is a common problem. Recommend anyone with this vehicle purchase an extended warranty. Also, the front brakes only last for 25K miles. They are very soft and very expensive (dealer cost to replace $1,200, DIY is $250).

JT's Kia review
My thanks to JTs KIA! I am extremely pleased with the 2013 Mustang that I purchased from you in July. I was very impressed with the professionalism of Chandler Thompson; very responsive, diligent, quick turnaround and got me into my new car hassle free and quick! The rest of the JTs KIA team was very helpful during the purchase process as well. Great job all around!!!
2024 Kia EV9 review
One month into owning my EV9 and I can say I’m a happy customer, both for city use and highway road trips. The range is great, exterior design looks great, and I’ve been impressed with the technology and infotainment features. The map function is not great (I was used to the Android Automotive platform in my previous Polestar 2, which is best in class and apparently what Kia is now switching to next year) but everything else is excellent. No quality or performance issues at all - great initial build quality. Feels zippy, especially for such a large car. Plus, they have some amazing lease deals running right now, it’s an exceptional value.

A all around! Thanks to Larry Cagle and the other staff at Dick Dyer Volvo for going the extra mile for me! Love my new car!
2023 Mercedes-Benz EQS 450+ review
I bought my 2023 EQS 450+ SUV just over a year ago and have loved it. The only maintenance issue I've had was a squeaky liftgate which was fixed by the local dealership under warranty. It does eat through tires fairly quickly, the originals lasted 20k miles, so it's a good idea to buy tires that have a mileage warranty. I love the comfort, quietness of the cabin, smooth driving experience, and overall feeling of luxury. I have some minor dislikes - the unnecessary and awkward to step over running boards, the inconsistency of getting Apple CarPlay to engage, and the fact that you can't set strong regen as the default, but these are minor issues. The vehicle is 3 years old and still is getting 450 miles of range on a full charge with around town driving. Driving on 75 mph on freeways is a completely different story but I do very little of that.

1. Recall for headlight switch assembly. 2. Oil Change. They fit me in at the end of the day after I picked up my other car which was in for a recall. Found out that the windows were cleaned inside and outside and now repel water. Been having trouble with window wipers for some time. So, unless someone snuck into my truck and cleaned the windows, It must have been Dick Smith who did this nice thing for me.
2025 Mazda CX-50 review
I am very happy with my purchase. I already owned a 2018 CX-5 and it never gave me any problems so I had no qualms about purchasing another Mazda. I went with the CX-50 Turbo Premium Plus for the horsepower and the extra perks (i.e. automatic folding mirrors, and I like that the side mirrors also turn down to see the curb when parking, front AND rear cameras, panoramic sun/moonroof, speed display in windshield, heated and ventilated cooling seats, and a 12-speaker Bose Stereo system). I love the extra power of the Turbocharged engine that my CX-5 doesn't have. The things I don't care for: 1) the retractable cargo cover (a $250 addl charge) doesn't attack to the lift (like my CX-5 does. It's much more convenient if it's attached so there's no pulling it out each time you need to put something in the trunk; 2) I don't like that I have to turn off the automatic shut off of the engine at stops and that I have to turn it off every time I get in the car. I'd like there to be an option to turn it off indefinitely unless and until I want to turn it on; 3) I would also love it if the driver and front passenger seats raised a bit higher. I'm not short but I would feel more comfortable if the seat height lifted another couple of inches. Overall, I really love my car. The steering is tight and the ride is more comfortable than I expected, and the inside of the cab is quiet and the stereo is premium. The seats are attractive with the light colored stitching to accent the seats. Because of all the features in my model, I got a lot of bang for my buck as opposed to a more expensive car costing $20K more for all the same features with Mazda reliability as well as more reasonable/affordable maintenance costs. I had a BMW several years ago and, once out of warranty, the maintenance is ridiculously costly. Additionally, the service department at the dealership where I purchased my car is top notch and the transparency for maintenance is appreciated! In the last 7 years of owning a Mazda, I have never had a bad experience.

2019 Land Rover Range Rover review
I’ve owned and driven a lot of cars in my life, and not one compares to the luxury and ride comfort of this Landrover Range Rover. From premium sound to non existent road noise, self closing doors and features most only dream of, this vehicle has it all and is equally capable of serious off road use if you so choose. I bought used and put 40k miles on so far and still feels, looks and rides like new. Outstanding vehicle.

2021 Porsche Macan review
I absolutely love my 2021 Porsche Macan! I purchased it preowned, and it was an incredible value with very low miles. It looks amazing, feels luxurious, and is so much fun to drive. The handling is smooth and sporty, and every time I get behind the wheel, I enjoy the experience. 2018 Genesis G80 review
I bought a G80 3.3T 2018 I love the car, it’s spacious, comfortable, love the get up and go, love the power and speed. I checked the reviews and they were for the most part very good and I decided to jump. The car has given me a couple of problems, driver side door wouldn’t open and driver side turbo leaking oil. Second guessing my purchase

2017 Toyota Camry review
Bought my 2017 used in 2020 with 14,000 original miles. Very happy with it. The shifter took some getting used to as it's not as smooth as other cars in its class. Otherwise it's been very dependable, good at plowing through drift left by snow xxxxxxat my driveway. Good under carriage clearance. Great heating and cooling system.

2020 BMW X3 review
This is my 2nd BMW after keeping my previous 528 for over a dozen years ! Still going strong but had to change. After test driving a few, came back to BMW... Its like Apple, once you get an iPhone, it is hard to switch ! Bought a CPO, which gives us more time. Nice car. Good power. Have to constantly check the speedometer to ensure we stay within limits ! So silent and smooth... Love it !

Birmingham Luxury MotorsReviews
Birmingham Luxury Motors review
Best car dealership ever. I have never purchased a used car, but the car I wanted is no longer made so new wasn't an option. Buick Cascada. Lance, Kali and Joe were all super throughout the whole process. The car was detailed to like new perfection. Lance helped us purchase a warranty with the car and everything came off exactly as advertised. I would highly recommend this dealership.
2024 Kia EV9 review
Ok, good car. Lots of great reviews online. We have a GT and let me say the biggest issue is technology. Tesla has set a high bar with customers. I expect EVs to fully integrate with mobile and to require less to do more. Kia is truly bombing here. Smart Key? About as difficult to setup as can be. Second Driver? It’s like Kia didn’t know the concept existed. Interconnected Experience? Kia Connect Reps don’t have my name or address, yet the app does? Online Experience, different architect, limited features, slow. It took two hours to get me and my wife setup. I gave up on the keys.

CarMax Lithia Springs review
Peter was the first person who helped me and was very helpful, when I had a family emergency he held my Mustang till I could get in to see it. Kern was the individual who I saw when I was able to see the car. He was very helpful and got me quickly through the process. The only problem I had was the rocker stripe was missing on the passenger side is missing and they have not been able to get it replaced. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.
2025 Genesis GV80 review
Owned the GV80 for 6 months, the smaller engine is plenty. The ride is better than my 2018 Lexus rx350L. Only draw back navigation good be better.
