BMW of Fort Lauderdale review
My vehicle had a recall that needed to be taken care of. I made the appointment and went in. Brandon Hernandez was my service advisor who not only gave me suggestions on what additional services might be needed but made sure my vehicle was properly inspected AND sent me a video of the inspection. Awesome service. If you need to service your BMW, take it to BMW Fort Lauderdale. A1 service with a smile!

Casey BMWReviews
Casey BMW review
If you’re going to Casey BMW, do yourself a favor and ask for Julliana! I started browsing last weekend for a year-end upgrade, and she turned a 'just looking' trip into the best car-buying experience of my life. She met me exactly where I was, communicated perfectly via text, and found me such a great deal that I bought TWO cars at the same time! Julliana went above and beyond to make sure the pickup was effortless. When I arrived, both vehicles were detailed and shining, and the entire process was lightning-fast. I’ve never had a salesperson make a double-purchase feel this easy. She is a total rockstar!

This my first online vehicle purchase and it went smoothly. I would buy from them again. We had the car picked up and trailered to us. This whole process went extremely well. The owner actually came in on a Saturday to ensure the process went well, and it did.

Only been 3 days but love love this car! First Bimmer and thoroughly enjoying it. Very fun car to drive and plenty of power from the turbo 4 cyl engine. No regrets.

A big shout out to Carlos Holmes, Newbold BMW Technical Support. He did an outstanding job ensuring our profiles were complete. This allowed us to manage our app’s properly and to drive our new high tech SUV. He was exceptionally patient with two tech challenged senior citizens. Thank you Carlos, you were great!

BMW MINI of Annapolis review
I visited this past weekend to have my vehicle serviced for a recall issue that needed to be addressed. I had a scheduled appt. I was welcomed and tended to upon my arrival. The facility was clean and welcoming. The staff was friendly. The service took a little longer than expected. While I waited I was updated about other things that needed to be addressed with my vehicle and given the option to have those things completed or deferred.
