We stopped in to BMW of Ann Arbor to get our car from the Service Department. Looking to get out of this car we were told that Mo Beidoun would be a great person to work with. Unfortunately this day was Mo's day off. A call was placed to Mo by the Service Department and within an hour Mo was there on his DAY OFF to meet with us. Mo is a great asset to BMW of Ann Arbor and expresses a genuine car and concern for the customer. He made us feel comfortable and not pressured in any way. I would definitely work with Mo if you get the chance. Not to say the other Sales Persons aren't good, but Mo is just this exceptional. Thank you Mo for being you and being Great! Part II of my review Service - Dusty Harrison When you purchase/lease your new/used/CPO BMW from BMW of Ann Arbor you MUST take it here and have your Service Manager be Dusty Harrison. I've been taking my BMW to Dusty for 5 years and he is always ABOVE and BEYOND any expectations I've had. He has taken care of me and my wife on NUMEROUS times and to us, he walks on water. Dusty is a true professional who cares about his customers and strives to make them happy. The combination of Mo bringing in customers and Dusty keeping them coming back is a recipe for success. Dusty is literally the only reason we kept coming back. Again, not taking anything away from the other Service Managers, but Dusty is a 12 on a 10 point scale. If you don't believe me, give it a try. He won't disappoint you nor will the friendly staff (Carol Leisure and Poppi). Attention Mr. Wade - Your biggest asset is Mr. Dusty Harrison, please take care of him.
