Got my 2018 M3 - black sapphire with sakhir red/orange interior, competition package. Car was in stock, colors and packages were selected by dealership. Great taste, guys!!! Car looks amazing, real "bad-xxx" character. It has almost all possible packages, still was priced decently and discounted even more after a short bargain ;) - special thanks to Jason ;) Service at Tenafly was simply outstanding: neat facility, courtesy, professionalism, answering all questions, even great jokes...) Jason Lee gave us a huge discount as a returning customers, and priced our trade-in X5 higher than any other dealers. We feel, we got a great deal after comparing prices at different places. Alain answered all questions, made short calls to the insurance company and financial institutions, selecting the best financing deal for us. I'm not one to go on and on in a review of a purchase but in this instance it is warranted. I usually place the buying experience of purchasing a car somewhere between a root canal and an IRS audit. Working with the VML family has totally changed my opinion of what a car dealership can and should be. VML is a family run business and short of being invited for dinner they could not have been easier and friendlier to work with. Very respectful to what we were looking for and our budget. No trying to up sell us and even showed us comparable cars at lower prices. No gimmicks, no waiting in a little office while a slick salesman goes off to supposedly negotiates a better deal with his sales manager. No dealing with a credit manager telling you why you cant get the car at the advertised price, just very straight forward, these are our cars, what are you looking for, look around at your leisure, let us know if you have any questions. Take a drive in something you like and take the car to your own mechanic for an evaluation if you want. So simple and streamlined. It took the experience from a root canal to sitting on a tropical beach- No stress , highly recommended, I'd send my 90 year old mother here alone and know she would be well taken car of.

I do not like SUVs. They do not drive well. They are just vanilla people haulers. I prefer a sedan but have a little more room would be nice. So a 3 series wagon is perfect! Couple that with a very torqy diesel and you have a real driver that can still get a few things done. I love it!

I purchased a CPO BMW at Prestige BMW. Starting with Marcus (Internet Sales) who put me in touch with Rob DiDomenico(Sales) to Jim (Finance) and Ann (service), the process was stress free and a pleasant experience. Dwayne (BMW genius) was very patient in walking through all features of the car. I emailed Prestige BMW with a request showing my interest in a CPO 5 series. Marcus was quick enough in responding, he informed via email that the car was not available, and sent me a list of available cars. I called the next day and asked Marcus to put me in touch with a sales person. This dealership is about 75 miles and at least 90 mins from where I live. Marcus put me in touch with Rob who assured me that if I came down to the dealership, my time was well spent. Their online car trade in calculator is pretty awesome. The pricing on the cars is the best nationwide. I had spent atleast couple of months looking prices nationwide for a CPO BMW. I put down a deposit on May 13th, didn't not test drive the car. Told ROb I will come back with my trade in and the check for the remainder at a later date. DCU had offered 2.24%. I declined to go with BMW finance because as other dealer close to where I live told me that the finance offer I had on hand was the best. This car was a surprise but for my wife and she had no idea about this. I go back on May 26th to pick my car. Jim from finance approached me and asked what if he gets me a 1.9% from BMW finance, would I be interested? I said why not? Jim did his magic, in less than 3 mins, I had 1.9% financing on the car which dropped my monthly payment significantly, I bring the car home, then after a couple of days notice a tear in the leather seat and the lock on the glove box didn't work. I call Rob and he asks me to drop by. I go there, the service guys did an excellent job of repairing the leather. It looked like a brand new piece of leather, but Rob told me that the lock may be covered by CPO and any dealer can fix it. I go to Princeton BMW after a couple of days, Princeton BMW tells me that the lock is broken and not covered by warrant. It costs me $900 to fix it. Now I am really pissed at Rob and Prestige. I call Rob, Rob asks me to drop by again. I am like - xxx? Why didn't u check the last time and now I have to spend half a day again. Mr. Rob told me in a very calm voice to come by. I drive up there to prestige and explain my frustration to Anna (service), in less than 10 minutes the lock was fixed. Apparently a small metal piece had got in the lock. All they had to do is remove the piece and lock was back in action. I told Rob and Anna that I don't mind driving up for service even it takes an hour and half to get there. The staff at Prestige are very honest and friendly. Last but not least the girls at the front desk welcome everyone with a warm smile.

Nice car but the Transfer Case was replaced at 30k. Now at 50k, i am getting drivetrain error messages. Nice driving car but dont trust the drivetrain.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

In 2013 I leased a 2013 BMW 328xi - I absolutely loved the car. When the lease was over.. I went to other vehicles makes.. I want to say I went through 4-5 different newer model cars and hated all of them.. I looked for the BMW looks and power in all of them.. and none of them exceeded my expectations. Fast forward to 4 months ago.. And I purchased new, my 2017 BMW 328d xdrive (for thise of you that dont already know, the D stands for diesel) LOVE IT! PROS: (only naming a handful, too many to say!) The sharp body style, comfort on the inside. I have a 3 year old and his carseat is the Graco 4-Ever carseat and they both fit with room to spare. I am 5?1? so for me, the car fits perfectly for me with plenty of room! The car drives so smooth, easy to handle! Best pro is, when I am getting fuel, I get random people trying to stop me from putting diesel in my diesel car!! Its great! CONS: The took out the comfort package, since I dont need to have my keys in hand to start the vehicle, it is a pain sometimes to carry my keys in hand to lock and unlock. The software for the music sometimes wont load the songs, i have to change with my phone, the pandora part isnt very great, the GPS is great, but the fastest route is usually not the fastest route in real life. I can put the same address in my phone and also in car.. and they both use a different route and my phones time to destination is quicker than the cars GPS. Thats really it, everything else I love!

Very comfortable, lots of legroom for front seat as well as back seat passengers, in very good condition, has never been in an accident, serviced regularly, has a 75,000mi warranty, 120,000 mi warranty on fuel pump,
