2023 BMW 330 review
I really like this car. It's very responsive, fast, stable, great turning and traction on the road. I gave it all 5 stars but please know that I ordered it new with the features and interior that I wanted. I live in the North East, so I got the all-wheel-drive.

I had no choice, my car of 20 years, which I bought brand new in 1999 was done. With so many websites ( I looked at several), I was not sure where to go. Then someone mentioned Car Max to me. I looked on line and saw a few cars I was interested in. The next weekend I drove to Colma to checked out and test drive a couple of cars. I decided to ask about Hybrids...you had 2. I test drove one of them and could not resist. I bought it. I was very impressed with the buying process. It was quick, easy and believe it or not relaxing since the sales person completed the paper work for me. Yes, I had to sign several sheets but that was a given. Something I was dreading for the past two years, was so surprisingly easy I couldn't believe it!!!

I contacted East Bay BMW with an interest in the i4 edrive40. I was very fortunate that Bobby Padilla responded as the salesperson for me. Bobby is what you hope for, but rarely get. He was personable and knowledgeable from the start. East Bay BMW had several i4 edrive40 cars on the lot. He spoke with me and my wife as we said what we were looking for. He started with an offer for a test drive, with just me and my wife in the car. A new experience for us! Bobby was no-pressure and patient with us at all times throughout with excellent support pre- and postsale. I also want to recognize Nicholas Harris for his friendly, upbeat assistance with configuring our car; there are many options, of course, and he showed us what was available, but he also suggested configs that would be best for me and my wife. I was unsure how charging with a Tesla station would work for me. With the right adapter, he drove me to a retail Tesla station and stepped me through the process. I had to drive to LA in the next couple of days, and I used Tesla stations with complete confidence. I'd have no hesitation to contact either Bobby or Nicholas in the future. Highly recommend East Bay BMW, and ask to work with Bobby and Nicholas. They are a great team.

Best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. They still use the age old "up" system in greeting walk in prospects, which is fair to the sales people, but we didn't feel like we were just a number. No price negotiations here as the posted price is what it is and the sales people don't work on commission. We had searched their inventory via internet and indicated the vehicle which we were interested in looking at. It was parked at the front entrance waiting for us when we arrived at our appointment time. We ended up buying it. Will buy our next car here too.
