BMW mini took great care to provide an excellent service experience!! From the initial greeting to my service advisor, Oscar, walking me through the plan for the day and respecting my opinion to the video of repairs sent by the service team to the final check out. Also, i was provided a darling new loaner car. All was a very pleasant experience. Thank you.

We had an amazing buying experience. Rania Jamal, our Client Advisor, made the entire process a pleasure. She walked me through the facilities, pointing out the parts and service department and the tech guru’s department. Then she took me to the vehicle we were interested in and described its features. She also advised me that it was a certified pre-owned vehicle with a warranty and a remaining factory warranty. As we test drove the vehicle, she answered all my questions. She never pushed the sale; I felt no pressure. The vehicle and her professionalism sold me. If anyone is interested in buying a vehicle, I highly recommend Rania Jamal and BMW of Dallas.

MINI of Dallas review
Got to the dealership a little early. One service guy was helping another customer. I appreciate his efforts to help her but we waited for about 20 minutes to actually be assisted. I was in for my first service appointment. Two plus hours later, I basically got an oil change and was told that my tires needed rotating but that I should get an alignment as well so that I didn’t mess up the rotation. So, oil change and no tire rotation! I was also told that I could do the alignment and tire rotation at BMW Tyler so I didn’t have to drive all the way back to Dallas. Hmmmm. How about you just do the rotation with the service. I left for about 2 hours and came back to the waiting room. I had to go up to the service guy twice to see where my car was at. The second time I went up, I asked about the car and he said he wondered as well. He called the service department and quickly went and got my car. I have to say, my service guy was very nice. But the dealership is very quiet. None of the employees seem to engage with one another. There is a weird atmosphere in the building as if no one likes one another. Not sure I’ll go back there unless I have a major issue. One last thing, apparently they wash your car for you. I was asked if I was waiting around, which I was. I was told that if i got the car wash that it would push me past the 2 hour mark. Well, I didn’t need a car wash if that was the case. I opted out of getting one. The funny thing is, I went past the 2 hour mark, only got an oil change and no car wash.

Just finished another service visit on my M8 and as always, Nathan Meyers was great. Friendly, always on time, very knowledgeable and went out of his way to explain what was needed. There is simply no better place if you own a BMW. I will always come here for service. Thanks Nathan

Everyone was nice very informative. The sales rep Gary was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. The whole process was done in a reasonable amount of time. I left very satisfied with my experience.

Low pressure but a bit too busy to spend any time with us to answer any question. Could never find a sales person. Pretty sure they could have sold us a car that day if they invested any energy into it. A lot like buying furniture at IKEA. You just better hope you don’t have questions.

The Mini dealership has taken care of any issues I have promptly and efficiently. I am comfortable with their analysis and recommendations. Only complaint is with the awful AI-assisted phone answering system. Grrrrr!

BMW, Mini of Wichita review
Incredibly satisfied with the overall experience at MINI of Wichita. I worked with a very nice salesman (Mathew) who worked with me to find a car of my dreams. AND it was delivered to my house in Kansas City. Overall, so very happy!
