Nalley BMW of Decatur review
My wife and I visited Nalley BMW to look at a 2024 540I on 9/4/26. We were greeted by client advisor Mr. Marcus Mullins. He took his time and went over all the features of the vehicle including the driving features when I took the vehicle on a test drive. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and is very knowledgeable of all of the features which made me comfortable in purchasing the vehicle. I would highly recommend that you contact Mr. Mullins if you are looking to purchase a BMW. He is very professional, courteous and a joy to work with. It was also a pleasure to work with Mr. Lonnie Andry who is their finance manager. He made the financing process easy and seamless as well as providing information on the different extended warranties that BMW offers. I?m glad that I made the decision to purchase my vehicle from Nalley BMW.

I had a great experience with this dealership. The car was ready for me to test drive when I got there and the sales professional (Tre Simmons) was very helpful during my initial visit and after I decided to buy the vehicle. I eventually purchased the vehicle from BMW of South Atlanta and I found the entire purchasing process to be very efficient, including the financing component. I also want to recognize Quentin Stephens (sales mgr) for his role in the process. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Finally the BMW Genius (I forgot his name, but maybe Chris) was fantastic.

Jidd Motors Mitsubishi review
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Communication and Professionalism!"I had a fantastic experience interacting with the team at Jidd Motors while looking for a vehicle for my daughter. From the very first inquiry, their response to my information requests about the car was incredibly quick, detailed, and professional.Natalie in communication was excellent—she kept me updated every step of the way and was completely upfront and honest about the vehicle's status before we made the long 2-hour drive out to the lot. Even though the specific car we were tracking wound up selling right after the busy holiday weekend, I deeply appreciated their honesty and high-level customer service. They saved us a wasted trip and treated us with total respect over text. I would highly recommend reaching out to them if you value great communication!"

We were not able to come up with a deal. The dealership was firm on their asking price. Although a few days later they did reach out to say that they had dropped the price, unfortunately I had already completed a deal with another dealership.

They made buying the vehicle easy. They found me just wanted with only the options I wanted, with no pressure to compromise and buy something already on the lot. I negotiated a very fair price with them, including the allowance for my trade in. Friendly and great communication throughout the entire process.

BMW of Macon review
This is how car buying should be done. The dealership was responsive to initial inquiries and the transaction was completed efficiently. Notably the sales representative, Amr, immediately responded to questions providing complete and helpful information. This purchase was made on line—always a more stressful experience. Amr made the purchase process smooth, efficient and stress free. I drove my trade in vehicle and, due to severe weather, changed the planned exchange date twice. I subsequently learned that Amr came in to work on his day off. Despite this, he was not rushed and took extra time to set up the car’s electronic keys, ensuring an uncomplicated handover. This is a 5 star shop with 5 star people.

I had been searching for a car for while but I was scared of the process due to limited funds, but Jessica reached out to me and ask me to give BMW of Macon chance , I came in and they all exceeded my expectations.

Throughout the process every person involved exhibited professional courtesy, openly answered my questions and otherwise made this a pleasant experience. The sales person, sales manager and administrative staff handled everything in a timely and efficient manner.

BMW of Macon review
BMW of Macon’s Service Department delivered the same exceptional service I have come to expect from them. Liz and Shelly are knowledgeable, friendly and go the extra mile to insure my experience was more than satisfactory. The work was done in less than the time estimated and they provided a thorough explanation of not only repairs completed, but also of the potential issues observed by the technician. I eas offered alternatives to waiting for my vehicle, but I choose to wait and work from their modern, clean and comfortable customer lounge. When I departed, my car was delivered bright and shiny after a complimentary wash and vacuum. All in all, I would have no hesitation in recommending BMW of Macon to my family and friends, not only for sales, but for service as well. Kudos!
