I was a hundred miles from home and 200 miles from my starting point when my BMW blew a tire. It was a holiday and I was in the middle of nowhere with all service closed. I called the BMW 800 number and thankfully they towed my car to BMW of Bloomington. I received a call Tuesday morning and learned I had to get new tires and they also performed the regular maintenance. I was concerned and surprised because my car had just been in my BMW service center for maintenance in July. I never thought once that my tires were bad. BMW 800 service got me a LIFT ride home, 110 miles with a wonderful BMW driver that told me Bloomington BMW was the best.
I had no idea how I would get my car home. I asked Jeremy for ideas when he called me. When my car was complete with new tires, break service and who knows what else, Jeremy called me with a plan. Ed Jackson drove my car to my door over a 100 miles away followed by another driver who drove them both back to Bloomington. I don't know much about cars and I rely on my dealer and the service to guide me and keep me safe. I'm so grateful that my catastrophy happened near Bloomington. You haven't seen the last of me.
I found a car online and Gayle helped me with everything through email, which was the most convenient for me. It was a 4 hour drive for me and Gayle answered questions, took additional pictures and was able to give me a total cost upfront to help me decide if it was what I was looking for. He was very straightforward, honest and there was no hidden fees! When we arrived, the car was in better condition than I even expected, the tires were like new!
Highly recommend this dealer and Gayle, especially for people coming from a distance. No Games! All pricing and financing was confirmed before arrival. Car was accurately depicted. Was a pleasurable buying experience and was only there about an hour for the test drive and to sign paperwork. More dealers should be this easy! A++Thanks again!

Born and raised in the great Chicagoland area but haven???t lived there since 1985. Motor Werks has always been a leader in the luxury car market there for as long as I remember. When I found the vehicle online I was searching for at Motor Werks in Barrington I was put in contact with Sales Specialist Mark Smith. Was I concerned about purchasing a vehicle site unseen? Not at all! Working through the process with Mark Smith was seamless and transparent. From Mark to Rashard in Finance I was treated with honesty, respect and like family. I flew in to O???Hara Airport and took the Metra train to Barrington station where I was met with a Motor Works representative. The vehicle was just as stated, immaculately prepped with a full tank. Took it for a test ride and was very happy. Paperwork was a breeze, took delivery and was on the road and home to Minneapolis for dinner that evening. Mark Smith followed up with a phone call the following day to insure my trip went well. He again contacted me a month later to make sure I was satisfied and if there was anything else he could he???ll with. I highly recommend Motor Werks in Barrington, IL. We had to have our Mercedes Sprinter Motor Home towed to this dealer. From the 1st phone call to the service department they were very courteous and concerned. When we arrived with our vehicle in tow we were assisted immediately by Bryan and Jace, given a loaner car and Jace even went out of his way to call a nearby hotel to make arrangements for us and our 2 dogs for accommodations. Highly recommend this service department.
Maria provided excellent customer service! She demonstrated and extraordinary ability to understand my needs without being ever making me feel pressured. She is very knowledgeable and extremely quick! She was extremely patient and helpful, and despite having to stay past showroom hours, made sure that the car was in perfect condition before I left. It was a pleasure working with Maria, I highly recommend her!
When we walked into the showroom we were greeted By Devin in a very respectful manner. He has outstanding customer service, knows his product and did not put any pressure on us. He made us feel welcome and worked very had to get us what we wanted and make sure we were happy. If you want to work with someone that listens and understands what you want, Devin is your man. What an amazing experience from start to finish, and I wasn't even buying new. I found the Audi A6 of my dreams, and I couldn't be happier. Rob Howry took great care of us, and was a consummate professional from start to finish, and a great guy. Everyone I dealt with was top-notch. I experienced a little hiccup with this dealership, but it was quicky resolved by Mr. Paul Nogrady. After speaking with Paul about my issue, he assured me that he would "make things right." I must say, Paul didn't make things right, he actually MADE EVERYTHING BETTER! The vehicle that I purchased was BETTER than the one I initially wanted. The best car buying experience ever. I ordered a white 2019 X3 and when it was already 3 weeks into production I decided I wanted to change the color to black. The dealership said no problem as we will put it in the showroom and we will sell it anyway. Next my car came in with the right color but incorrect trim. Again they stood behind their mistake and said no problem. They ordered me in a fresh vehicle and I received it within 3 weeks. My old car had depreciated in the process however both Mark K. my salesman and Nick D. the sales manager stood behind their word and worked everything out, gave me the same trade-in value and made sure they stood by the numbers originally quoted! They made the whole buying process extremely easy and their BMW genius Safe is amazing as well and spent a lot of time with me going over the vehicle. I am in love with my new car and will be purchasing many more BMW's in my future and I will never look elsewhere! You will leave this dealership knowing that you made the right choice as they are honest, trustworthy and have integrity! Thanks again to everyone at mainline BMW!
Just left BMW of the Main Line for yet another Seamless Service Visit! I Applaud them for the Insite in hiring Top Notch service minded Staff. The professionalism and courtesy was beyond exceptional. Showrooms were spotless. My point person was Justin Martinez he handled my trade in and putting in my new BMW. Joseph Saint-Val was my BMW genius. He spent over an hour sitting with me in my new car. He covered all the bases in acclimating me with my car. Joe was super professional and extremely knowledgeable. The last person I sat with was Helga Carroll who handled the financial segment.She was extremely knowledgeable and explained every little detail to me. All in all my experience at Competion BMW was perfect.
Ben Whitney and also all of the other people I dealt with were very responsive and accommodating, and overall the experience was satisfying and pressure-free. I'd recommend BMW of Cape Cod to anyone.
