AutoNation USA Gulf FreewayReviews
AutoNation USA Gulf Freeway review
I cannot recommend this location enough after the excellent service and very good experience I had with my first time financing a vehicle. Cesar Rodriguez and Raul Silva both worked with me to find a vehicle that suited my needs within my price range. These gentleman were extremely patient and professional when handling the sale. I would also like to thank Mark and Brandon in financial services. They both persisted through technical difficulties in order to deliver excellent customer service all the way to the end. I would absolutely recommend this location if you’re in the market for a used vehicle and I will be returning in the future!
2021 BMW 530 review
Purchased a 2021 cert pre-owned from dealer w/ 26k miles. 530i xdrive, car handles like a true Beamer, so tight and feels great driving. A little disappointed the entire 5-series class isn't 6 cylinder however the 4 turbo feels like one anyways, only with improved gas mileage, so not really a compliant just a preference. The dealer recommended using premium fuel, and I use it maybe once a month to keep the engine running smooth and also 10k in between oil changes. Pretty nice! Would absolutely purchase again. Next major service at 80k as well.

I can always count on BMW Of CLEAR LAKE to deliver amazing world class service. Every visit in the last 10 years have been stress free. Kudos to Omar and Fidel and their total customer service attitude of always willing to help when needed by all the service staff especially the teams effort to resolve the window fogging issue. R&T ExpoReviews
R&T Expo review
I recently purchased a used car from R&T Expo, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and upfront about everything. They answered all my questions without any pressure and made sure I understood the vehicle’s history, condition, and pricing. The car I bought was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and priced fairly. The test-drive process was easy, and they were transparent about financing options as well. I appreciated how smooth and efficient the paperwork was; it made the buying experience stress-free. Overall, R&T Expo provided outstanding service and a great selection of quality used cars. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable used vehicle.

BMW of West HoustonReviews
BMW of West Houston review
I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Tommy Luk at BMW West! I recently purchased a 2024 BMW X3 after my previous vehicle was totaled, and Tommy made what could have been an overwhelming and stressful process such a positive experience. From the very beginning, Tommy was genuinely kind, patient, helpful, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I never felt pressured or like I was just another sale. He truly took the time to listen, answer my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident with my purchase. You can tell that he genuinely cares about the people he works with, and that kind of customer service is hard to find. There’s a reason our family keeps coming back to him! Two of our family members had already purchased vehicles with Tommy before me, making me the third, and after my experience I completely understand why. We’ve already recommended him to other family members and will continue to send anyone looking for a vehicle his way. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, personable, and truly goes above and beyond for his customers, ask for Tommy Luk. He has absolutely earned our family’s business and our highest recommendation. Thank you, Tommy, for making my X3 purchase such a wonderful experience! ❤️🚙

Their facility is clean, sales agent (Donavan Rene) is nice & responsive, but had so much misunderstanding on paperwork that we ended up spending a night in Houston. But the dealership paid for our hotel stay and uber. I?ll give them that. They?re worth giving a second chance.

Worked With David R. and Alex N. in buying a 2021 BMW. Professional and courteous all the way around. Was the easiest car buying experience we've ever had. Stevn F. went through all the features and functions with my wife and he was fantastic. Great buying from them and would definitley recommend!

Just ask for Reza🏁 Exceptional service. He reached out to me from an online inquiry at about noon. I was able to come in, test drive (2 cars), purchase my car and be home by 5pm. He gave me some time to sit in the car and deliberate for a hour so on my own. He gave me the keys to both cars to test drive and test out. I told him what I wanted, what I was interested in paying for it - and boom 💥 purchase complete and I am satisfied customer. Reza is a true sales man. He contacted me the day after to check on me and give me a small token that I mentioned prior to leaving the dealership. I highly recommend Reza. 100% will be my sole contact moving forward.

Liked the outside design, I got the M package, red calipers etc... Not use to having a gear level, miss my analog gauges In previous 5 . Top of dash grill has a cheap feel, plastic.

BMW of West Houston review
I recently purchased a 2024 BMW X7 from the new BMW of West Houston location, and the entire experience was world-class. From the moment I walked into their impressive new facility, I knew I was in the right place. A huge thank you to my Client Specialist, Tommy Luk. Tommy is professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process seamless. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and ensured that the delivery of my X7 was perfect. It is clear that he truly cares about his clients and the BMW brand. If you are looking for a new BMW or a high-quality Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, I highly recommend visiting this new location and asking for Tommy Luk. You won’t be disappointed. Five stars all the way!

BMW West Is a great place to purchase a car. Please ask for Chris Blair when you visit. He is an amazing client advisor.
2019 BMW 530 review
This car went beyond my expectations. From the autobahns of Germany to the potholed, unrepaired streets and highways I have to drive here in the US along with avoiding those who drive without any regard for others being on the road my car has performed.

I originally bought the Car Max warranty when I made my purchase 3 years ago. The $250 deductible was hard to swallow but it was there when I needed it. Thank you Zach for great customer care. He stood behind the warranty and gave us a loaner while our car was serviced.
