I brought my 2006 BMW X3 3.0i, which I had recently acquired elsewhere in for diagnostics of warning lights/conditions. They not only diagnosed the items of concerned but also went the extra mile to remedy simple issues: cleaned the ABS module from overflowing brake fluid, replaced a blown fuse (previously switched to a wrong size) & inflated tires, as well providing options to address the more significant issues. And took the time to double check their work, explain what was found, the work they performed & the options for repairs. Oh, and they only charged me for the diagnosis service & cost of the fuse.

I am a caterer and on a Saturday morning I loaded my car with equipment to go set up a catering event only to find my battery had died overnight. Desperate I called on neighbors and family to give a jump start thinking that was all I needed. It took sometime but yea! it started. I was told by my neighbor who owns an auto repair shop to stop at O'Reilly and have the battery checked because the battery had not had enough time to completely charge. I stopped at O'Reilly's it was after 1pm now. They told me that my battery was ok but I needed a new alternator (WOW). Where can I have an alternator installed in my Kia Soul on Saturday at 1:30pm and I had to be at my event at 2pm. I asked the guy at O'Reilly's and he suggest Bob Sight Kia. I drove there hoping and praying that they were open, that they could help me, that they would understand what I was facing. I pulled into the service area and a young man name Robby Harmon walked up to help me. I told him my dilemma. He immediately calmed me down and explained they had a limited staff on Saturday but would do everything in his power to help me. He said regardless of what I was told they needed to do a diagnosis first. So he sent me to the waiting area while they began within a few minutes he called me over and said that my alternator was fine and that I had a dead cell in my battery and the battery needed to be replaced. They replaced it washed my vehicle and I was on my way by 2:05. I WILL BE BACK because they listened to my need and problem and then went to work to make it happen. I'm a female and have always been nervous about getting service because I don't understand cars and what it cost for service and feel like I may be taken advantage of! Robby Harmon changed that for me and yes I will be back for further service on my Kia Soul. Thanks Robby and Thanks Bob Sight Kia.

I have been a faithful owner of 5 Series BMW's for the past 20 years. The car has never let me down! It drives and handles very well. The exterior styling is fantastic and the interior is comfortable and the technical gadgets are easy to use and I am not very savvy in that area either. Won't own anything but a BMW!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I own multiple BMW's and through the years have struggled to find the honest respect from a dealership, unlike the BMW dealer over on shawnee mission which treats you like absolute xxxx. I take each of my vehicles here for service and updates and I am always treated as I am the only 1 they are dealing with at that time. They are honest, trusting, and detailed when it comes to communication and or cost. Each individual I highly recommend this facility for purchase or repairs. Had an issue with 04' Z4 convertible top coming back up slowly & acted like it wanted to stop midway up. Bought the car used in 2012 out of state. Never a problem till end of "Top Down" season last year. First visit to Baron. Service Advisor "Ryan DeBrecht" was very helpful and concerned about my issues. Could not have been more impressed with Dealership, Service Area, Staff & the way I was treated. Top works better than it ever has since I've had it. Come on Warm Weather! Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.
