Service was prompt and I was kept informed of the timeline. The service rep, Daniel, provided me with two suggested service recommendations along with their pricing.

Dart Motors review
Good patient service a bit hectic but not gonna blame them for having good business, pleasantly surprised at a small dealership that doesn’t seem sketchy
2021 BMW 530 review
Purchased a 2021 cert pre-owned from dealer w/ 26k miles. 530i xdrive, car handles like a true Beamer, so tight and feels great driving. A little disappointed the entire 5-series class isn't 6 cylinder however the 4 turbo feels like one anyways, only with improved gas mileage, so not really a compliant just a preference. The dealer recommended using premium fuel, and I use it maybe once a month to keep the engine running smooth and also 10k in between oil changes. Pretty nice! Would absolutely purchase again. Next major service at 80k as well.

The Audi Exchange St. CharlesReviews
The Audi Exchange St. Charles review
I can honestly say I’m not one of those people who usually writes a review. But this time I was compelled to write a review. From my brand specialist Ernie Alvarez to the fabulous finance manager Josh Bruhn I can’ say I never had a better experience purchasing a car. Most of the time I’ve dreaded going into a car dealership feeling like I was going to be taken advantage of or not taken care of or I was gonna have to haggle, haggle, haggle. From walking into the door I was greeted with a warm smile a comfortable confident handshake. Ernie was a great salesman! He gave me all of car information, gave me the Carfax showed me the price I was getting made sure I was comfortable. These should be things that you get from a car dealership but they are not things that you always get. If you look to purchase a car new or used car the Audi exchange in St Charles ask for Ernie Alvarez he’s is your guy. The finance manager was fabulous !!! Again that’s not something you normally say about a car dealership’s finance manager. I have already had my preapproved financing when I walked in, had a nice rate he went the extra mile and found me an even better rate. Got me a fabulous price with my warranty and made sure I knew all that the warranty entailed. Great dealership it was over an hour away from me and I was looking for a particular used car that they had and I am so glad that I chose that dealership. I can wholeheartedly recommend this dealership.
2018 BMW 530 review
I love my BMW 5-Series highly recommended I purchased it at Park Place Of NJ and they were very helpful on helping me with everything I needed to know about my car ,so if you need a car go and see them ask for Wilfredo he was very helpful

Knauz BMW Mercedes-Benz Sprinter review
Vel is a great sales guy. Very responsive and will work with the customer. We drove from MI with a trade in and they honored their offer. There were a couple minor things like steering wheel was more worn than we would have expected given the nice condition of the rest of the car. Small headliner plug interior for convertible top was missing. Other than that it was a smooth transaction.

Old Orchard Nissan review
I had an excellent experience working with Jabari. He was respectful, honest, and made sure I understood everything throughout the process.
2025 BMW 530 review
Love everything about this car honestly besides the taillights. Drives very smoothly and sporty yet comfortable like a BMW should, nailed the interior, just not in love with the exterior.

2017 BMW 530 review
This car is simply beautiful, spacious, unique color. It is gorgeous inside out. You don't see too many BMWs this color so I think it is unique color. It has one of the smoothest ride, which I find a plus for long trips. Love it!

CarMax OmahaReviews
CarMax Omaha review
My mother and I went to Carmax with the intention of doing a trade-in with our 2007 Chrysler Town & Country. We wanted to downsize on the amount of vehicles that we owned and had discussed the possibility of purchasing a new car for next year. We worked with a sales consultant by the name of Mike Snyder, who was very friendly and helpful! In a few hours we were able to sell the van and use the rest of the money to purchase another car that was within our price range, dependable, and roomy. Mike didn't try to get us to purchase a vehicle that was "out of our range" or anything that would've required us to pay "out of our pocket." He was straight-forward and honest; my mother and I had dreaded the idea of meeting a typical car salesman who tries to get a lot of money out of their client. We've purchased vehicles from Carmax before and we're glad that we did it again! We'll be back to trade-in our other vehicle, but it was an exciting and fruitful experience!

Best buying, selling and service center I've every experienced! They are doing it right! I rarely write these but am blown away by the staff and quality here!
2021 BMW 530 review
It's my 5th 5 series BMW. 21' Arctic pearl white 530i with cognac Dakota leather vented seats. Absolutely amazing car. Smooth as glass acceleration, handling and braking. Large like an an old 7 series. 44 miles to the gallon doing over a 100mph going to Arizona in eco mode. The Sport mode is kick ass and noticibly quicker and tighter handeling. When I test drove her I thought for sure it was a 6 cylinder, it wasn't. 4 cylinder twin turbo. I wanted the straight 6 but was $12,000 more...to much. Each night I still go out to the garage and look at her before going to bed. Will be buying it 4/24 when lease expires. Greg
