BMW of The Woodlands review
This was my first visit and I was very impressed. The dealership and service area are immaculate. The employees are professional, polite and welcoming. I especially liked that I was given an estimated time my car would be finished without having to ask. The service was finished early which made me even happier.
2020 BMW 530 review
This car did meet all my requirements in a new car. It has the power and speed of the M series. The ride and handling are exceptional. The interior styling with blue stitching on the black leather is a class-act.

I had a great experience working with my salesman, Matt! He was very nice, helpful, and had a great sense of humor, which made the whole experience feel comfortable and not stressful at all. Even though I didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle, he was still very patient, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured to buy anything. I really appreciated his time and help, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle!

Dealership was very friendly and accommodating. The car was in great shape. We enjoyed doing business with them
2018 BMW 530 review
As a retired Automotive Professional I've driven literally hundreds of car over my 40 year career. So, I decided as a retirement present to myself, I would go luxury this time. I bought mine certified pre-owned with only 15,000 miles on it. The quietness, the handling, are as good or better than anything. When passing, the acceleration is smooth and clean. The only drawback is that if you don't pay attention, you'll find yourself going 80.

I bought both my vehicles at BMW of North Houston a couple of year’s ago. This month I took both cars in for first scheduled service. The appointment setting was easy and Val my advisor did an excellent job getting everything taken care of immediately while keeping me informed. Loved how their tech is seamlessly used to help with giving you a play by play. Loved the purchasing experience and now enjoyed the service experience for my ultimate driving machines.

Lourdes ?Lulu? in the service department is the reason I?m a BMW buyer. Her level of care and professionalism is what sold me on the brand and on Advantage BMW Midtown. Every time I bring in my M4, she?s warm, organized, and genuinely invested in making sure everything is handled right. She explains what?s going on with the car clearly, keeps me updated throughout, and follows through on everything she promises. Great service is what keeps people loyal, and Lulu is the definition of it. She makes every visit easy and stress-free, and I wouldn?t take my car anywhere else. If you?re coming in for service, ask for Lulu. Advantage BMW Midtown is lucky to have her!

The only issue I have is that I think the dealerships need to have more available loaners cars, when your vehicle has to be in for more than 24hours

Liked the outside design, I got the M package, red calipers etc... Not use to having a gear level, miss my analog gauges In previous 5 . Top of dash grill has a cheap feel, plastic.

Friendly, straight forward. Clean cars, easy to deal with. Did have to replace the battery after less than a week. Other than that, totally satisfied.
