Cars2Us Fairfax review
I’ve purchased several cars through Cars2Us, and every experience has been excellent. The entire team is exceptional—professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and always easy to work with. They make the whole car-buying process smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend Cars2Us!
2016 BMW 535 review
This is one of the best looking cars out there and I prefer it to the 2017 and newer styling. The interior is very high quality, spacious, comfortable, and sleek looking. It's got all the power you'll need for street and highway driving. Sport and sport+ modes with the paddle shifters, tightened steering and firmer suspension make for a formidable drivers car. Got mine four years old with only 14k miles so basically new but about one third the cost. I would highly recommend a low miles idea BMW 5 series.

Serra Ford Rochester HillsReviews
Serra Ford Rochester Hills review
I recently purchased a Bronco Sport from Serra Ford Rochester Hills. Overall, I had a very good experience with our salesperson, Ryan. He was helpful, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the process, and I would definitely give him a high rating. Unfortunately, I was much less satisfied with the financing experience. I had asked about the financing rate earlier in the process and was told that the finance department would go over it with us. When we got to financing, however, I felt that the process was rushed, and the interest rate was never clearly discussed with us. I ultimately realized what rate I had received only after I got home and reviewed the paperwork, and it was higher than I had expected. I was also disappointed that one financing option apparently wasn't checked because the finance manager said my Experian credit file was locked. I had unlocked it, but rather than waiting for that to take effect and checking again, he simply moved forward. I would have appreciated more effort to make sure we were getting the best available financing rate. A significant amount of our time in the finance office was also spent discussing an extended warranty and other coverage. In retrospect, I wish more of that time had been spent clearly reviewing the loan terms, particularly the interest rate, before we signed. I want to emphasize that Ryan was excellent and that my concerns are specifically about the financing portion of the transaction. I’m happy with the Bronco Sport and appreciated Ryan’s help, but I think the dealership could improve the buying experience by making financing options and loan terms much more transparent and giving customers adequate time to understand them before completing the paperwork.

Cars2Us FairfaxReviews
Cars2Us Fairfax review
I can't say enough great things about this dealership and the entire team. I recently purchased a BMW X3 M Competition from out of state, traveling from Massachusetts to Virginia, and the entire experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. First off, this wasn't just any vehicle. It was a highly desirable X3 M Competition in an incredible color combination a hot car that was getting plenty of attention. Buying a vehicle like this from hundreds of miles away requires a certain level of trust, and this team earned mine from day one. They were extremely responsive, provided every photo, video, detail, and piece of information I requested, and never made me feel like I was asking too much. They accepted my deposit and agreed to hold the vehicle for approximately a week until I could make the trip down. What impressed me most was that they honored that commitment despite receiving multiple other offers on the car. As a Special Forces veteran, integrity, honor, and keeping your word are principles I take seriously. When someone gives me their word, I expect them to stand behind it. This dealership did exactly that. They could have easily entertained other offers, but instead, they stood by their commitment. That tells me everything I need to know about the character of the people I was doing business with. Their customer service went above and beyond the actual sale. They even offered to arrange an Uber to pick me up from the airport when I landed. They also offered to have the vehicle shipped directly to me in Massachusetts, which is a fantastic option for anyone purchasing from out of state who can't make the trip. And speaking of being a car guy, I know exactly what I want when I'm buying a vehicle, and I absolutely hate wasting time. I don't want to spend half a day sitting in a dealership, dealing with unnecessary back-and-forth, surprises, or games. I came with my own financing already arranged, and these guys respected my time. From the moment I walked through the door to the moment I drove away, I was there for maybe one hour total. That's how buying a car should be. Most importantly, the vehicle was exactly as described. No surprises, no disappointments, no excuses. Everything they told me about the car was accurate, and everything they promised was delivered. I've dealt with plenty of dealerships over the years, and I can tell you that this level of honesty, efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail is not something you find everywhere. They didn't just sell me an incredible vehicle. They demonstrated integrity, respected my time, and earned my trust. To me, that means more than any sales pitch ever could. Whether you're local or buying from halfway across the country, don't hesitate to do business with this team. They'll provide the information you need, help coordinate transportation, arrange shipping if necessary, and make the entire experience as seamless as possible.

Mas Motors review
10/10! Great service. I originally went in looking for a 2017 Honda Civic Si and really liked it after the test drive Unfortunately I couldn’t get approved because of my credit, which was frustrating at first. But Suleman really helped turn things around. He took the time to talk with the bank and worked to find something that would actually get approved. He was patient the whole time and showed me a few different options and let me test drive them all. I ended up going with a Lexus IS 250 and Im really happy with it. Great experience overall!!

It's a good looking 535i M sport. However, it is not an M5! A lot of the "M" badges surrounding the car are fake. Fake M badges gotta go!

Good people! Worked with me through everything. Zach was patient and helped me out immensely.
2013 BMW 535 review
I love everything about this car except for the front lower bumper, I wasn’t a big fan of so I updated it with the M Sport series style, I also Installed aftermarket 20x10 TSW Watkins wheels wrapped w/ Lionhart 255-35z-r20 tires, Tinted Windows,BMW emblem carbon fiber exhaust tips with aftermarket Bora exhaust (Not Loud), Cold Air intake and Followed by a DINAN Performance Tune kit. Lots of other extras as well, like BMW Door projector lights, Aftermarket Speaker System etc…. In my opinion, I feel that I built a car into something that I always wanted. It’s Very Fast, Reliable, Has Style, Comfortable, and I didn’t have to break the bank while doing it….

This car is the most fun and reliable car I've owned. The only con for this vehicle is the cup-holders. Other than that I can honestly say there is not one thing I do not like or enjoy about this car. It's stylish, fast, fun, reliable, sporty but classy, and has all the bells and whistles one could want.

2010 BMW 535 review
This car is a rocket and extremely comfortable to drive. The Only issue I have is the SUPER Expensive to replace windshield. ANyone purchasing this car in E60/61, Should always have an extra valve cover and valve cover bolts on hand. They are torque to yield bolts, meaning that the heat makes them stretch and, therefore un-reuseable.

Our salesrep, Phil, was great. Very patient, no pressure, called us back to follow up and operated in our best interest. We are very happy with our choice.

Car is amazing- Stay away fro the run flat tires as they sway and pull while driving. Very sporty but also very comfortable and luxurious.

2014 BMW 535 review
I own a 2014 BMW 535i M sport. I bought it new. It’s the best car I’ve ever owned. I’m thinking of buying a 2023 x5 but I’m not going to sell my 535!

2016 BMW 535 review
They don’t make them like this anymore it depends on if you have the standard or M class which has the twin turbo and the sport body kit not to be confused with the M “series” I love the cockpit how convenient the location of controls and info center the outside is sport aggressive styling it’s rear wheel drive so it’s shows out on the highway 100 feels like 60 both M’s have low profile tires handling is built to be tight
