Sewell BMW of Grapevine review
Sewell BMW of Grapevine performed like a well oiled machine. My salesman, Harrison Redden, was absolutely great!! He made the whole car buying process smooth and not dreaded. Harrison was only helpful the whole way through (NOT PUSHY NOR ANNOYING), only helpful in helping me settle on the features, colors, style, etc. and then finding that car for me. Also, Joe Long was so patient and good at explaining all the technology in my new BMW. Thank you guys!!!

Ransom Wise was awesome. I've bought a lot of new cars over the years, but this was my first BMW. Just the buying experience alone was enough to make me a loyal customer, independent of the amazing vehicle. Customer satisfaction really is a strong focus of this dealership. All car dealerships say they are, but I've never seen it put into practice like at Hendrick BMW of McKinney.

BMW of The Woodlands review
Walked in showroom on Friday and met Jay Ali. Jay is an outstanding ambassador for The Woodlands BMW. Because of his hard work, we found the X7 we wanted AND another X5 that we did not anticipate buying. Jay was wonderful, patient and the hardest working sales agent I?ve ever met. I highly recommend The Woodlands BMW and especially Jay.

Took my e39 in for new front control arms & bushings, plus oil service. Excellent work. Found a $50 bill I must have dropped when they vacuumed, left it on my console! Good, well run dealership.

BMW of South Austin review
Came in for service, and we greeted by Pablo. He was very charismatic, and welcoming. He brought me to my advisor Bryan, he was able to identify me by my key...amazing! He walked me through the services, and provided me an accurate time for completion. Vehicle was serviced, washed, and vacuumed in just a hair over the 90mins quoted. I appreciate the transparency, and care given by both Pablo and Bryan, and look forward to my future services at BMW.
