Tom Terrill was an awesome BMW dealer, one of the best! He was very knowledgeable, committed, responsive, patient, and courteous (unlike the typical stereotype of a car dealer). Tom took the time to discuss all of my options in purchasing my new X1, including any promotions that would give me the best package. I got a great deal without much haggling (indeed, best deal in my area) and I signed on within a few days. Typically an ordered new car should arrive in 4-6 weeks. During this time, Tom kept me updated with detailed emails & phone calls of my X1 status and promptly answered my numerous questions. Due to extended holiday in Germany, the car was delayed by another month. Tom was determined to deliver the car to me without much delay and he worked hard to locate another X1 in the country with exactly the same car packages (I wouldn't settle for any other car packages - esp with sports seat and park control). Because I already returned my previous car, BMW Flemington sent a car service to pick me up from home on the day of my X1 pickup (45 mi). All paperwork and transactions went smoothly upon arrival. Before driving off, Tom spent some time to explain the new car features (my previous dealers did not do this). What else can I say except that I am impressed with the outstanding client service. Thank you Tom and Flemington BMW for the upfront/honest interactions and accommodations. It was a pleasure to work with you!
