BMW of Darien review
The sales dept at bmw of Darien is great. I have to highly acknowledge Steve Koslowski for his care and kindness when I purchased my car sometime ago. I live in n.j. And the only reason I come to bmw of Darien is because of his great expertise and know I am in good hands. I highly recommend Steve Koslowski to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle. As for the service dept and service advisors at the Dealership, they are pitiful and arrogant. I would not use them for my future service needs.

Luigi Devoto was superb at orchestrating a complex repair of my 328i. All done at a distance. Responded quickly to my concerns; clear in guiding the car through different stages of repair.

Wide World BMW review
Outstanding car buying experience! My salesperson Karl Rodriguez was a pleasure to work with. He was patient, honest and extremely knowledgeable. Karl updated me weekly on vehicles that fit my needs and went above and beyond helping me find the perfect BMW. I was looking for months in NY, NJ, PA and CT- then Karl gave me the very best price on a pre-owned certified 3 series with very low mileage, that looks brand new and drives like a dream! Out of all of the BMW salesmen I've dealt with over the years Karl Rodriguez is by far the best! Peter Rizkalla in finance was helpful and honest and made the purchase a breeze. He also offered me the top of the line extended warranty at an incredible price that no dealer could beat. Thank you Karl and Peter for sincerely making this the best car buying experience. When looking for a BMW look no further than World Wide BMW!

Jeremiah, This was the best salesman. He was attentive, gave me all the information needed. He was honest and tried to give me the best offer. He was positive and pleasant. Thank you. All other salespeople that I worked with, finance manager and the salesman for closing paperwork- Jose, also terrific. Thank you Ramsey Kia.

CarMax West Broad review
We worked with Lloyd at this location, and he was knowledgeable, and extremely helpful with us in choosing and later purchasing our vehicle. He explained all of the other services (leather upgrade, warranty, gap coverage, etc), and we are please with our purchase. The facilities were in great shape, and I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase their next car from this location!
2023 BMW iX review
Only 2000 miles of which 500 is highway. First positive impressions are: extraordinary quiet, impressive acceleration, above average ride and comfort. Great front and side vision. Very comfortable seats. Lots of interior room. Negatives are: incredibly complex systems to do simple things, exterior styling is an "acquired taste", rear vision is marginal. Odd door handles inside and outside. It is still too early to make a definitive assessment of this vehicle. Other than an intermittent annoying creak in the passenger window area that is hard to replicate at the dealership, the build quality seems very good. This is not a big Lexus or Mercedes sedan, but rather a very good SAV. Range is 300+ with the 21" wheels. Charging is easy and relatively fast with a good DC charger. True 11KwH on 48 amp home charger. Driver assistance package works well. Steering is a little light but no issues with the shape of the wheel. There will be some adjustment to this type of vehicle, but it has been easier than I anticipated. Registering it as an EV, leased out of state, was a frustrating experience and the extra fees for EV licensing are ridiculous.

I wish to thank and commend Mr. Akida White for his outstanding customer service. He was kind, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful to me both on the phone, and when I visited Competition BMW on Saturday, July 9 to purchase my extended warranty and service contract. His diligence and welcoming demeanor made my experience a most memorable one. And once again I was reminded why I have stayed with Competition since the 90s. Thank you Akida! Amarnauth Samaroo, Ph.D.
