Whenever my wife?s Z4 needs service she always asks for Victoria Guthery to be her Service Advisor. Victoria takes the time to listen and to ask the right questions so that her technicians can resolve our issues the first time. When I scheduled our last visit, I asked if someone could go on a test drive with me to better understand the problem, and within a few minutes of arriving for our appointment, she had a technician ready to go. Victoria always keeps us updated on our car?s status and follows up afterwards to insure we are satisfied. Whenever I can?t go with my wife I have total confidence Victoria will take care of her and treat her fairly.

Upon arrival always have been greeted with a very warm welcome. Service Department , Ruben Garcia has always been so kind, helpful, knowledgeable and most of all explains all issues clearly. I appreciate his honesty when he gives the wait time for service on my vehicles. At the end of service, I appreciate the full inspection report done by the technician, that is also explained by Ruben in detail, always with a smile and makes the review very comfortable. Side note… each time I have been to Riverside BMW, all employees including the the cleaning staff, definitely acknowledge the customer either with a good morning or a smile. A smile goes a long way 😊

I always bring my BMW’s to this location Diana is by far the best at giving cheerful, friendly, personable service, totally awesome. Ernie is really cool at customer service, checking the car in for maintenance etc. I’m happy with the loaner vehicles they have I can use when I can’t wait. Their lobby and restrooms are clean, organized, they have nice bottles of water and hot chocolate selections, nice cushion seats or charging stations for electronic devices. Very good at giving thorough diagnostics, video and descriptions sent to my email. A comprehensible billing statement.

Riverside BMW made getting my new car incredibly easy. Jimmy listened to what I wanted and came back with exactly the car and deal I needed before I even stepped foot in the dealership. The entire process was smooth, fast, and completely stress free. No games, no pressure, just honest communication and great service from start to finish. I never would have imagined I would have a car this beautiful in my driveway. This was truly the best and easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I could not be happier with my new BMW and I highly recommend Jimmy and the team at Riverside BMW. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

2023 BMW iX review
Only 2000 miles of which 500 is highway. First positive impressions are: extraordinary quiet, impressive acceleration, above average ride and comfort. Great front and side vision. Very comfortable seats. Lots of interior room. Negatives are: incredibly complex systems to do simple things, exterior styling is an "acquired taste", rear vision is marginal. Odd door handles inside and outside. It is still too early to make a definitive assessment of this vehicle. Other than an intermittent annoying creak in the passenger window area that is hard to replicate at the dealership, the build quality seems very good. This is not a big Lexus or Mercedes sedan, but rather a very good SAV. Range is 300+ with the 21" wheels. Charging is easy and relatively fast with a good DC charger. True 11KwH on 48 amp home charger. Driver assistance package works well. Steering is a little light but no issues with the shape of the wheel. There will be some adjustment to this type of vehicle, but it has been easier than I anticipated. Registering it as an EV, leased out of state, was a frustrating experience and the extra fees for EV licensing are ridiculous.

Mini of Ontario review
Mini of Ontario is the only place I trust regarding any repairs and part replacements on my Mini Cooper.. I’ve been their customer for 9 years!
2024 BMW iX review
Purchased CPO 2024 and got a great deal so I didn’t pay the new car price, but WHAT A CAR! Best EV IMO but I love driving it. It’s a unique car. I initially disliked the front grill, but what’s cool is the self-healing aspect so no chips. Gets great range, and the assist pro driving is incredible. I only wish it had paddle shifters, fog lights, and handles above the door. Of course it’s overengineered as BMWs are, but it’s a great daily driver and road trip worthy. Two months in and no regrets.

Professional and timely service. The only place I trust with my Mini. They will even give you a loaner car. Fantastic!
2024 BMW iX review
I love this car, it has all the bells and whistles of a luxury car and a 300 mile range, full electric. I had the level 2 charger hooked up at my house and haven't been to the gas station since! This car does things I didn't even know it does--it can parallel park itself, pull out of a parking position by itself by using your phone (if you are parked too close to other vehicles to open door or if the car is in a muddy spot). After driving up to my gate callbox a few times (the clicker doesn't work so I have to enter the code) the car noticed I rolled the window down at that location, and asked if I'd like to have it automatically lower when we approach (which I do)! I love being able to put my foot under the hatchback if my hands are full and the trunk opening automatically. I was worried about running out of a charge, and granted, I haven't gone on any long trips yet, but charging overnight at home works perfectly fine for day to day usage. It is an expensive car, but I got a great deal leasing it and I think it's worth it. Slightly less trunk space than the x5 which I had before this, but as my kids have grown and moved out, I don't really need it as much. Surprising amount of torque--my husband was impressed.

BMW of Escondido review
Richard my service advisor was very helpful, professional and attentive to my vehicles needs, never was rude or pushy, explained the problem and allowed me to make my own decisions. He is definitely a great asset to BMW of Escondido and anywhere he may work. KUDOS to Richard C. Thank you, Rocio
