11/18, After many visits to other dealerships, I finally found a Bill Vince's "internet preowned SUV" my visit there was welcomed by Domenick Cirianni , he turned out to be the " BEST of salesmen" in my pursuit of a purchase. My purchase turned out to be a very smooth experience. I can only hope that all car salespersons will one day follow his lead. Vic
I???ve always been quite skeptical regarding the used cars and particularly trade-in scheme, but my wife convinced me to give it a try. We found AMG Auto and their website and after a quick chat with their employee, Taji decided that it???s worth trying. So we chose the vehicle that fit our demands regarding price, size and so on, completed all the procedures with the financing of a deal and are now very happy with our new Infiniti JX35.
I can say that I am pleased with both the car and the service with which I was provided during the buying and selling process. Scott is very responsive, very knowledgeable, and he strikes me as someone who takes his job very seriously. He answered all my questions and he did not pressure me in the least. I know it's counter-intuitive with car dealers, but I feel that he was looking out for me. I feel that in my dealings with him and others were on the square and that my concerns were addressed. I think that everyone there truly wanted me to be happy in this purchase. I do not feel that anyone was just trying to make a sale. I can tell you with confidence that I will recommend Bridgewater Acura as a reliable dealer and I will more than likely buy another car from you. Quality Auto Center has a great variety of luxurious cars. They're all pre-owned but they all are in top condition and some of them have even been produced this year! I checked their site and saw they have a brand new Dodge Challenger which is my dream car. I called them and spoke to Marilyn to check the price and he told me about their financing options so, in the end, I decided that this Dodge is my next car. Now I'm driving it and I couldn't be happier!
This is my second Volvo leased from Prestige and specifically, Ron Landstrom. Nothing but great things to say about the team there and the process - from them trying to find my daughter a Pretige teddy bear - to pricing the XC90 very competitively - to them bending over backwards making sure I???m happy. In my experience, you???ll be hard pressed to find a better dealership to do business with.

Everyone was really accommodating. Made the whole experience enjoyable. I was able to drop my guard after about 30 minutes when I realized the other shoe was not going to drop. I would highly recommend them.
I bought my 2010 BMW from Exclusive Auto Group Inc. In early September. I had An incredible experience from the door in and from the door out. Working in the sales/customer service industry for over 15 years i have high expectations when I walk into establishments, especially where I'm being sold to (dealerships, furniture stores, galleries,banks, etc.) The thing that made me stop at exclusive on my commute home from Newark Penn was their line of attractive vehicles. I wasn't exactly looking to buy just yet, but I knew I wanted to purchase a new car in the coming months. I walked the lot briefly and was greeted by one of the sales reps who was extremely friendly and helpful. Of course she asked all the normal sales questions what i was looking for, how much i wanted to spend, etc.... I had answers for none of the questions. I just told her a specific payment amt i was looking for and i was browsing the lot and looking for something that might catch my eye at that . She wasn't to aggressive she told me to check out that lot and when i needed help just let her know. Shortly After I placed my eye on the 550GT and fell in love. She gave me the pricing details and i knew that it was definitely going to be above my budget and what i would probably even consider not to mention my credit was not good at all at that time. I then met with Carlos the Manager. Told him my situation and how much i could afford to pay monthly he looked at me with a straight face and said do you work? lol the rest was history he got me a lower payment then what i asked. FANTASTIC CAR!!!! drives great no issues after buying it ( I waited 2.5 months to write my review). I was able to get my plates before the dealer plates expired. Carlos was very great to work with. He made sure the process went flawlessly and no pressure on they buyer at all. He gave wonderful advice he was transparent and honest. I've bought a number of cars used/new and i would say this was my best experience. O by the way I purchased the car within 2 weeks after seeing the vehicle but of course that was after i left my small deposit to hold the vehicle. Lol as carlos says "business doesn't run off hopes and dreams". after leaving my deposit i visited about 6 other dealerships in the newark/irvington area as well as somerset county and i will say they all wasted my time telling me about my credit and offering me payments $150 more then what i told them i could afford when i first walk through the door. They were pushy. they did not actively listen, and didn't offer me the payment i was looking for until i left there lot. Carlos will tell you yes or no. no time for games. I'm a satisfied customer and will recommend anyone to this dealership. Carlos if you read this keep up the great work, keep the integrity and remain transparent.
Bobby made our car buying experience a breeze. From the very first conversation to the time we closed the deal he was very transparent and willing to work with us. We live in CT and discussed our needs by phone and when we arrived, he had already lined up all the paperwork and things were just as we had discussed and agreed to. Howie was equally friendly and professional as we signed all the paperwork. We could not have asked for more! Thank you Bobby and Howie.
I brought my 3 Series in to have the air bag replaced and while it was there had the oil changed and the radio repaired (it did not turn off). From the minute I drove in the staff could not have been more helpful. Service Advisor Gina Todisco was a pleasure to work with. While I was waiting, she reported back to tell me how the service was progressing. The technician E. Ibanez, immediately identified the problem with the radio and knew how to repair it. The repair took quite some time since Mr Ibanez would not reinstall the radio until he was sure the epoxy was thoroughly dry. Gina apologized for the time it was taking and even offered to drive me home. Attentiveness such as this is more than I ever expected. I was provided with a list of things which will need to be looked at, but they did not try to convince me that everything needed to be repaired immediately. They know how to treat customers and how to develop long term relationships.
We gave the dealership 5 stars because we were in and out of the dealership with no hassle and the selling process was quick and accommodating. The vehicle accessories were very well explained and great quality cars.
Absolute awesome experience. My salesman Chris Weaver was extremely knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I did financing through BMW and Patrick was wonderful. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Not to mention they had the best pricing around.
