Andrea in the Products Dept. went above and beyond in the performance of her duties. She responded to my many emails and kept me informed of what was happening with my issues. You don't always deal with the Product Dept. but she made the process very easy. Thank you Andrea for all of your help, I appreciate you.

Audi Marietta review
I was assisted by a sales rep named Fritz B. He made initial contact and was very responsive. When we arrived he had the vehicle ready for our test drive, he explained a good portion of the features of the vehicle and answered any and all questions we had in reference to it. He didn’t apply any unwanted pressure which made the process of buying the car seamless. The finance manager was also very kind and patient. I walked out with my dream car. And because we came so late in the evening we missed the detailing but was promised one if I’m ever in the area. I enjoyed my car buying experience and will be back when it’s time for my husbands car!!

2015 BMW M3 review
Car is typical BMW M, plenty of power great brakes high end interior, it was difficult to find one with a 3 pedal manual and sunroof, this M3 did NOT come with cockpit adjustable suspension and it was scary to drive at the limit, I put fully adjustable coil over suspension on which lowered the center of gravity, improved the stance and made it handle more like an e46M3, still not perfect but much better than stock!

Audi South AtlantaReviews
Audi South Atlanta review
I want to take this time to express my gratitude to Mr. DeLacy Smith! He was my Audi Specialist. He was incredibly patient and answered all my questions thoroughly, making me feel comfortable with my decision with my dream car, Audi A7😊. My husband and I made our purchase on July 4, 2025. Mr. Smith was attentive as to what I wanted in the vehicle, to include going above and beyond to find the perfect one made just for me. I felt no pressure. He walked me through all the features. His communication was top-notch throughout the entire process. He has a high caliber of professionalism. The entire team at Audi South Atlanta …exceptional professionalism. The finance manager (Mr. Paul Mitchell) made the paperwork part of the process easy and explained everything well. We will definitely be working with him in the future. Thank you again and I will definitely tell my friends of Audi South Atlanta! VR, Renita Jones
2018 BMW M3 review
BMW's, specifically M series can sometimes get a bad rep for reliability and the markup in service cost if out of warranty. This couldn't be further from the truth...I've owned two f80 M3s and these things are extremely well-engineered and other than the random crankhub issues (typically caused by loose crankbolts from the factory or bad tunes that on-ramp torque too quickly) these cars are bullet-proof. I've put over 70,000 miles on this chassis and have had ZERO headaches, zero mechanical surprises and nothing but a xxxx eating grin from ear to ear each and every time I drive one. BMW did a knockout job mechanically and cosemetically with this generation F8X M3 and they've prooven to hold-up against the test of time. With petrol engines being phased out, this car is sure to continue to hold it's value!!!

This is how car buying should be done. The dealership was responsive to initial inquiries and the transaction was completed efficiently. Notably the sales representative, Amr, immediately responded to questions providing complete and helpful information. This purchase was made on line—always a more stressful experience. Amr made the purchase process smooth, efficient and stress free. I drove my trade in vehicle and, due to severe weather, changed the planned exchange date twice. I subsequently learned that Amr came in to work on his day off. Despite this, he was not rushed and took extra time to set up the car’s electronic keys, ensuring an uncomplicated handover. This is a 5 star shop with 5 star people.
