I purchased a pre-owned Buick Encore a week ago. Francis was great to work with! This is the first dealership car I've bought in many, many years so I was riddled with anxiety that day. It really helped that he was so calming, friendly and professional. He even got in the car with me and showed me how the dashboard was laid out and all about the "infotainment" center. I cannot remember the name of the loan officer (Brian, maybe?) He explained everything about the loan process with Thompson and GM Financing. There's no reason for anyone to say "I wasn't told"! All documentation is placed on a USB drive and given to you for your personal records. Obviously, since I just purchased my car I cannot review the service department, but I will say they do send emails to make sure you're not experiencing any issues, and care/service reminders which I'm sure I will appreciate down the road. I highly recommend going to Thompson Buick!

Daliea was very easy to work with. I was looking to buy a BMW X4 M with 12k miles and saw it had very minor blemishes. When asked to see if they would come out the manager shared that if I gave 1k to show I was really interested he would make sure they came out.
