I had a great experience working with Gazim. He was so patient and kind. After I had driven the car for a few days, he still helped me with my many questions. I look forward to working with him again.

BMW of West Springfield review
I just purchased a 2017 used BMWx3. I found The sales rep I worked with was great. Her name was Wendy Charbonneau and she was new to BMW of West Springfield. The purchase of the car went very smoothly because of Wendy. I found myself in a great car and worked with a great dealership. Linda

BMW of WaterburyReviews
BMW of Waterbury review
While driving on Rt.8 Northbound around exit 35 the car hit a large pothole and the tire was damaged. I was able to drive to BMW of Waterbury. As I entered the showroom an agent by the name of Emily assisted me. As I told her what occurred she immediately went outside to look at the car and confirmed a new tire was needed. She indicated she would check to see if they had the tire in stock that I needed. They did not, however they would have in the next day to fix. Immediately she asked where I lived, when I told her Shelton, her immediate response was no worry, we will have a driver take you home so you can get your other car. Customer Service at the highest level, with no computers or AI, just good old face to face communication which is a lost art today. The car was ready the next day as promised. Emily, job well done and thank you for taking care of our needs.

BMW of Warwick review
I don't often write reviews, but my experience working with Vito and BMW of Warwick was so pleasant I feel compelled to say a few words. From the moment I walked into the dealership to the completion of the purchase , I was kept well informed, not rushed and very fairly treated. It is my first time buying a BMW and I'm sure not my last. Buying a new car can be a daunting experience so having trust in the people you deal with is of paramount importance. This purchase exceeded my expectations! Thank you to Vito, Gina and the folks at the dealership. Sincerely, Ed K.

I contact this dealership regarding a 2012 BMW X5. They actually drove it down to their Johnston Honda dealership for me to have a look and take it for a test drive. I truly appreciated this as I did not have time to make the trip to Newport.

We just bought a BMW Xi from BMW of Warwick. Our salesman Vito is the BEST!! This is the second car Vito sold to us (the first was a BMW 230i convertible thata we still own) and Vito took great care of us throughout the process both times. Our BMW Genius David gave us a great tutorial on the new X-seris dashboard (no small task!). And Erin in financing made the pruchase process as painless as possible. All the folks at this BMW location are wonderful. I highly recommend them! If you're looking for a new or used BMW, give Vito a call!

BMW of Darien review
Service by advisor Jaime Gonzalez and team for 2023 X1 scheduled 20K work was attentive, timely and complete. Tires replacement was recommended with even 4mm wear (with 2 mm bald tire warning for follow up) and this appears to be driven by the dealership legal team, who previously and separately at their sibling dealership refused to mount my new owner-provided Tire Rack tires on my 2019 Mini Cooper, which I found to be aggravating and dissatisfying. Hoping to get 30-40K out of my current BMW OEM tires (for which Jaime provided a replacement quote) and to continued excellent service by BMW of Darien.
