Excellent experience. Responded quickly, provided answers to all our questions, arranged a test drive appointment. They had everything ready to go, purchase was easy, and car was beautifully detailed. Very good experience all around.

Absolutely amazing!!! AJ and the rest of the staff were very professional and simply a joy to work with. I honestly felt like I was working with some angels! They did not jack up the price like most dealers. They were fair and honest. I will be purchasing another vehicle from them!! Also, I too was in and out with quick fast service. Way to go guys! Keep up the excellent work!

2017 BMW X3 review
STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! Here's links to my issues with the car they sold me! https://thebassplayer.com/BMW-Bill.pdf https://thebassplayer.com/BMW-1.mp4 If I don't get a check by the end of the month, a lawyer friend told me it's a slam dunk in small claims count.

Way too many features to list and handles great! Probably the best suv available. We did a lot of comparison shopping on line, and this was the best combination of price and features within a 500 mile radius.

CarMax Myrtle Beach review
I called to check on the status of a car we asked to be shipped from Myrtle Beach to Dothan, Alabama. The lady I spoke with was prompt and professional in determining where it was and what was happening with it. She also gave me a revised estimate as to when it would arrive in Dothan.
