Marquis was more than helpful and worked hard to make the deal happen at and more than reasonable interest rate. Wish I had two more hands so I could rate his service 4 thumbs up!
2023 BMW X3 review
Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

I researched and found the low mileage Porsche Macan Turbo in the color and desired options. Only about 6 cars in the Southeast that met the desired specification. Great price- lower than some higher mileage Macan Turbos in the used car market. Fair value on my trade and easy buying experience.

Usually my husband takes care of getting the car serviced. This was one of the first times I've gotten the task done. From driving into the building, to picking up the car after service, my experience was really smooth. By the way, my experiences with BMW have always been handled in a timely & gracefully manner.

Hendrick BMW review
I arrived early for my appointment and I was greeted, as usual with a smile. Sal Seck was smiling, joyful and let me know that it was okay to be there early. Sal was a true professional. We had a conversation about the items that I saw effecting my car. He always takes his time explaining what they saw or did not see. He asked if I wanted to see the genius staff and I stated yes. I spoke to Cooper M who sat in my car going over the items that were not operating well. He took action and demonstrated functions in the car. Re-Connected my phone to the car. Cooper answered all of my questions. Finally, I spoke to the tire specialist Joe, and he took the time to provide pricing for my tires and looked at the tires to explain that they were not seasonal but run flats. He was basically in teaching mode about the tires! This Hendrick BMW dealership is always comfortable, the staff are always pleasant, and they have tasty snacks. The wait is usually a brief one and I never mind waiting.

Hendrick BMW Certified Pre-Owned South CharlotteReviews
Hendrick BMW Certified Pre-Owned South Charlotte review
After moving to Charlotte in 2019 I shopped for a SUV that could accommodate long trips, two sets of golf clubs and luggage. After test driving all the vehicles available on Independence Blvd we chose the 2020 BMW X5 from the Hendrick dealer. Our decision was based on the quality of the vehicle and the courtesy, professionalism and genuine "hospitality" we experienced from the culture that the Hendrick organization exhibited. Since then they have opened their Certified Pre-owned dealership on South Ave and I have used the South group for all of my service and warranty needs. Kevin P. (service) and Justin L. (service mgr.) continue to exhibit the same courtesy, professionalism that originally caused us to select the Hendrick BMW group for our new purchase. My recent visit included a oil change, starter replacement (recall) and an extensive diagnostic and repair for an electrical issue that entailed a wiring harness replacement. During that effort I was provided a loaner (2026 X3) and continued updates via Kevin on their progress. All, except the oil change, were covered by the Hendrick extended warranty. This is the first time in my life I have ever endorsed a "car dealership". I will continue to share my experiences with the Hendrick group and the quality individuals they have on board.

I came in just to look, didn't have any specific model in mind, I met Jerrand Rego and he was great, showed me a couple of models, gave me all the info on them and made sure I had enough information that I could make a decision when I was ready to buy! Will definitely come back to buy a car from him.
