Hendrick Motors of Charlotte review
I’ve had a great experience with the dealer at Hendricks Motors. John has been very helpful and consistent in answering my questions and showing me various cars I’ve inquired about. I’m awaiting a clearer video of the 2023 Mercedes I inquired about.

Thank you so much, Mr. Adams, for helping my wife and me find our next vehicle! You were incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. We truly appreciate you taking the time to make sure we found the right car for us. Your excellent customer service did not go unnoticed. We highly recommend Mr. Adams to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience!
2024 BMW X3 review
Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

I worked with Jacob, told him what I was looking for in a car, including price range, 3 series, interior and exterior color, etc. We communicated several times by email, text and phone over about a weeks time as he shared possibilities with me. He found a car that matched up exactly. My wife and I went in, test drove the car, and bought it. He was a pleasure to deal with. Professional, likeable, conscientious, thorough.

I had such a wonderful experience working with Jeff at Hendrick BMW! From beginning to end, he was professional, friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy. He went above and beyond to make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. What I appreciated most was his honesty, communication, and willingness to go the extra mile. He truly made us feel valued rather than just another customer. It’s not often you come across someone who takes so much pride in what they do. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and would absolutely recommend Jeff to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Thank you, Jeff, for your outstanding customer service and for making this experience so special!

Our salesman, Jonathan is a true professional. The dealership made this a painful experience. Never going back. The only reason we put up with 2 days of getting jerked around was because they were the nearest dealership that had the vehicle we wanted in stock. We'll never return.

My visit was necessitated due to an illuminated engine light. An engine scan was performed and the fault was identified. Jason Hall and his technician performed appropriate corrective action. And now all is good. I appreciate the periodic update of the progress coupled with a definition of the cause that was helpful and considerate.

Hendrick BMW Certified Pre-Owned South Charlotte review
I've been thinking about buying an electric car for a while but really didn't want a Tesla. I decided to call into BMW South to see what they had in terms of options. I was routed to Zac and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the different options that they had. I wound up scheduling an appointment and stopping in later that week. Right off the bat I was very impressed with there EV offerings. Zac quickly helped me narrow it down to a few options and later that evening I took one home. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and will definitely be back on the next one.

Hendrick BMW Certified Pre-Owned South Charlotte review
I wanted something fun to drive that was still practical. I ave always admired BMWs but never owned one my self. Stopped in on the way home one day and was warmly greeted and matched with Zack. He was extremely helpful in answering any and all of my questions. After some suggestions on his end I took a look at a few cars. After finding the right model he searched for different colors and options. A few days later I got to drive home in my new (to me) m440. Would gladly consider working with him again.

Matt and Hunter at Carmax really made this the best experience for me. Matt worked with me through phone and email up until the day I went in. He was very informative and assisted me through the entire process. Hunter was the salesman I worked with when I went in. He was accommodating and polite. I didn't feel the "pressure" of a sales man at all. And he was very professional. I will recommend this dealer to anyone I know looking to buy a vehicle.

2024 BMW X3 review
I have had three BMWs, all with great reliability and high satisfaction, but this is my first BMW SUV. After 5 weeks of ownership, my 2024 X3 is on its way to becoming my all-time favorite. The handling is great, the safety features superb, and the comfort and luxury appearance have surpassed my expectations. We are so happy with this car that my husband is talking about getting one for himself, and he is an Audi and LandRover fan. BMW, thank you for your continued dedication to quality and reliability.
