Dealership and service is excellent . Service manger Wayne is superb. My dealership of choice for service.
2024 BMW X3 review
I have had three BMWs, all with great reliability and high satisfaction, but this is my first BMW SUV. After 5 weeks of ownership, my 2024 X3 is on its way to becoming my all-time favorite. The handling is great, the safety features superb, and the comfort and luxury appearance have surpassed my expectations. We are so happy with this car that my husband is talking about getting one for himself, and he is an Audi and LandRover fan. BMW, thank you for your continued dedication to quality and reliability.

Stevens Creek BMW review
I have been Looking for a Used Audi Q6 E-tron Prestige with low miles was just listed at Stevens Creek BMW. I quickly contacted the Dealer and this Audi just came in on trade. I called the BMW dealer and spoken with Alec Kisin - BMW internet Sales. I explained that I was located in Washington State and was very much intrested in buying the car. Once I have obtained the airline tickets Stevens Creek BMW agreed to hold the car for me and I flew out the next day for a test drive, purchase and 900 mile drive back home. #1 Alec was very easy to work with. The car was in New Condition and on top of that a great price. #2 Harres Asefi - Finance Manager again easy to work with. Contract was already written for me. In summary: -Great Car! -Great Price! -Great People! -Easy to do Business with! Thanks Again, Guy Cheek

I don’t trust many places to service my BMW, but this is definitely the spot! The customer service is always a 10/10, and they do their best to accommodate you. I always work with Kevin, and he’s great! I really appreciate how detailed and thorough they are, you can tell that quality and taking care of their customers are a top priority. Highly recommend! :)

Peter Pan BMW review
I recently purchased a BMW i4 from Adam Locke, and I can't speak highly enough about the service he provided. From the moment I walked into the dealership, Adam was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to listen to my needs and preferences, and he helped me find the perfect car for me. Adam was patient and thorough in explaining all of the features and options available with the BMW i4. He went above and beyond to make sure that I understood everything about the car, and he answered all of my questions with clarity and enthusiasm. When it came time to negotiate the price, Adam was fair and transparent, and he worked hard to ensure that I got a great deal on my new car. He made the entire purchasing process smooth and seamless, and I felt confident and comfortable throughout. Overall, I would highly recommend Adam Locke to anyone who is looking to purchase a BMW. He is an excellent salesperson who truly cares about his customers, and he goes above and beyond to provide outstanding service. Thank you, Adam, for helping me find my dream car!

2024 BMW X3 review
Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

I must start by saying that under normal circumstances, I never review and/or write regarding my experiences. Mr. Von since the get-go (phone & texts) worked as well as listened to our wants and needs. Although we didn't get the 21' sporty tires we wanted (we can purchase at some point I suppose) Ultimately, we got the SUV we wanted and perfect color the wife wanted (Brooklyn Grey). Btw - Von I may text you regarding a few suggestions with accessories! Eric C. Diaz in the Finance Dept. guided us with a swimmingly and smooth process; if there is a such thing when purchasing a luxury vehicle. With attention to detail and patience required going through a plethora of finance/numbers paperwork/signage he was passionate about walking us through with empathy and excitement. For all of this and more to come! Your superb care will not go unnoticed Eric Cahue Diaz! Happy Camper - R. Israel Medina Del Toro & Veronica Vazquez.

Leo was great from start to finish. Bought a used Lexus hybrid that I found online and he had it prepped super fast so I could come in and see it. The previous owner hadn’t yet dropped off the second key but Leo followed up and made sure I got it. The wait for finance was way too long but otherwise great experience.

From start to finish the Jason Cohn provided excellent and clear Communications, answered all our questions, and on the day of pickup Jason went above and beyond to say later into the evening until we were satisfied on the operation of the car. In addition the finance and management staff were also excellent in their communication, answering questions, and we went out the door feeling we had paid a fair price for this beautiful car.

I had an unexpected car repair come up, and unfortunately, there were several things that needed to be fixed. The situation was stressful, but Daniel and team were incredibly helpful and worked with me throughout the process. They went above and beyond to help make the repairs more manageable, and they even covered 90% of the cost of one of the parts. I truly appreciate their kindness, understanding, and willingness to work with me. Great customer service and a company that genuinely cares about their customers. I would definitely recommend East Bay BMW to anyone needing car repairs!

Great service and follow up. I would highly recommend the dealership if you were looking to buy a BMW in the near future.
2024 BMW X3 review
Our salesman, Jonathan is a true professional. The dealership made this a painful experience. Never going back. The only reason we put up with 2 days of getting jerked around was because they were the nearest dealership that had the vehicle we wanted in stock. We'll never return.

CarMax SerramonteReviews
CarMax Serramonte review
I had no choice, my car of 20 years, which I bought brand new in 1999 was done. With so many websites ( I looked at several), I was not sure where to go. Then someone mentioned Car Max to me. I looked on line and saw a few cars I was interested in. The next weekend I drove to Colma to checked out and test drive a couple of cars. I decided to ask about Hybrids...you had 2. I test drove one of them and could not resist. I bought it. I was very impressed with the buying process. It was quick, easy and believe it or not relaxing since the sales person completed the paper work for me. Yes, I had to sign several sheets but that was a given. Something I was dreading for the past two years, was so surprisingly easy I couldn't believe it!!!

Price their certified pre-owned cars very aggressively. Good inventory. Sales staff a little weak on knowing their product. Process was pretty smooth, but like most car buying experiences you better plan on being there for a long time.

Valley BMWReviews
Valley BMW review
The sales person I dealt with at Valley BMW was easy to talk to and was easy to get hold of on the phone when needed. What made this more complicated was I don't live anywhere near this dealer in Modesto CA. I asked if they would meet me halfway just to show me the car and let me inspect and drive it, no obligation. We both drove about 2 hrs and met up. The sales person, informed me of financing offers for BMWs and said, pretty much the price of he car was the price of the car, no haggling. Having done some research, the asking price was a good price for this car. I didn't have a trade so that made the deal easy, pay the price and doc fees and shipping. I live out of state, so the dealer was nice enough to split the $500 shipping fee, down to $250. $250 to deliver the car to my house seemed liker a deal! Looking at the car, it was in the promised condition, no dents and perfect. At our meeting spot, all the salesman had all the paperwork prepped including loan papers. Wrote a check and the car gets delivered to my house, they even threw in a free BMW shirt. It was a painless way to buy a car from a dealer 200 miles away.
