Bourne's Auto CenterReviews
Bourne's Auto Center review
I just purchased my third car from Bourne’s, that should say it all right? The fact that I simply return to them when I need a car. I love the no hassle pricing, the low pressure sales team (I might go so far as to say “No pressure” sales. Just very helpful staff. This time around I had the pleasure of working with Sharon Munoz, again just a very knowledgeable and helpful sales agent. No B.S. - I like that. I’ll be sure to use them again in the future

Jaison was extremely helpful! The service was quick and efficient. This was my first visit to BMW in Rockland. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Make sure to ask for Jaison next time you are in to service your BMW.
2024 BMW X3 review
I have had three BMWs, all with great reliability and high satisfaction, but this is my first BMW SUV. After 5 weeks of ownership, my 2024 X3 is on its way to becoming my all-time favorite. The handling is great, the safety features superb, and the comfort and luxury appearance have surpassed my expectations. We are so happy with this car that my husband is talking about getting one for himself, and he is an Audi and LandRover fan. BMW, thank you for your continued dedication to quality and reliability.

2024 BMW X3 review
Our salesman, Jonathan is a true professional. The dealership made this a painful experience. Never going back. The only reason we put up with 2 days of getting jerked around was because they were the nearest dealership that had the vehicle we wanted in stock. We'll never return.

Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

From the initial call speaking to the representative Jordan, boarding a flight out of JFK Airport, being picked up by Jordan at Rochester Airport, Transporting us to the dealership in Avon, all paper work ready to sign. Everyone at the dealership were friendly, courteous, and professional. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!! Michael M.

We just bought a BMW Xi from BMW of Warwick. Our salesman Vito is the BEST!! This is the second car Vito sold to us (the first was a BMW 230i convertible thata we still own) and Vito took great care of us throughout the process both times. Our BMW Genius David gave us a great tutorial on the new X-seris dashboard (no small task!). And Erin in financing made the pruchase process as painless as possible. All the folks at this BMW location are wonderful. I highly recommend them! If you're looking for a new or used BMW, give Vito a call!

I don't often write reviews, but my experience working with Vito and BMW of Warwick was so pleasant I feel compelled to say a few words. From the moment I walked into the dealership to the completion of the purchase , I was kept well informed, not rushed and very fairly treated. It is my first time buying a BMW and I'm sure not my last. Buying a new car can be a daunting experience so having trust in the people you deal with is of paramount importance. This purchase exceeded my expectations! Thank you to Vito, Gina and the folks at the dealership. Sincerely, Ed K.

I had a great experience working with Alex Jones at Mercedes-Benz of Westwood when purchasing my new vehicle. Alex was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. He made everything straightforward and delivered an excellent customer experience. What stood out most was Alex’s ability to communicate clearly, understand my needs, build trust, and follow through on his commitments. I would highly recommend Alex to anyone looking for a professional who values integrity, understands people, and knows how to deliver results. If you’re looking to connect with someone who brings professionalism, relationship-building skills, and a thoughtful approach to business, Alex Jones is someone worth knowing.
