A big shout out to Carlos Holmes, Newbold BMW Technical Support. He did an outstanding job ensuring our profiles were complete. This allowed us to manage our app’s properly and to drive our new high tech SUV. He was exceptionally patient with two tech challenged senior citizens. Thank you Carlos, you were great!

I had a great experiencing purchasing my car from BMW of West St. Louis. Dawn D. is an excellent person to work with. My purchase was remote and she acted as my eyes and ears, providing a trustworthy assessment of the vehicle I selected as if it were her own. She answered questions, made a video and was readily available to answer questions leading up to and through the purchasing process. The shipping process was seamless with a fast turnaround time. Armin H. was great on the purchasing side of the process. Extremely detailed and clear on cost, warranties, etc. All around great team to work with!

BMW of West St. Louis review
Just Bought my first BMW 328i Xdrive and was treated excellent by Veronica and David stepped up and made sure I was taken care of when Veronica was on bed rest , Veronica called and text me from bed rest also. while i waited for a windshield took a little while but they also saw a few things on a used car that they did not have to fix but did and i was amazed that they went above what iI would expect on a used car. I was never pressured and Rami in financing never tried to up-sale a warranty. so with a full tank of fuel we drove back to Iowa VERY HAPPY thank you! :)

I had Wendy Osterman as our Client Advisor, I have been buying Dodge vehicles since 1984. This is the first time I stepped away from the Dodge family and purchased my first BMW. We bought the X3 M50, what we have found out that this SUV is awesome and have enjoyed driving it everyone we get into it. Wendy was wonderful to work with, she went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. I had a great buying experience with her and would definitely do it again. If you are in the market for a car or SUV I recommend BMW and the best client advisor I have ever worked with. Please go see them, great dealership and great people. Thank you for the experience.

BMW of Creve CoeurReviews
BMW of Creve Coeur review
We recently purchased a used BMW from BMW of Ceeve Couer. We had very good communication with Nate and everyone else we dealt with. We arrived at the dealership, and were greeted at the door and asked if we needed any thing to drink while waiting on Mate to return.from a demo. After Nate returned, we looked at the car and had another person.from the dealership show us the car and answered any questions we had. He has pretty much the same car we looked at so was very knowledgeable. We made a deal on the car and did the paperwork. The car needed an AC part which was on order, so we left a deposit for the car and will pick up when.it is fixed. So far, we are very pleased with the experience, and can't wait to get the car when ready.

Excellent experience all the way around! A special thanks to Brett Harness for following up with me and making my vehicle purchase happen even though I inquired about a different vehicle a month before. I was extremely pleased with everyone involved in the entire transaction at this dealership. Highly recommended!!

Unlimited Motors Fishers review
I worked with Tim Smith at Unlimited Motors to purchase my Toyota 4Runner. He was extremely helpful, very courteous made me feel that he truly cared about getting me the right deal for the SUV I wanted. He made the process very simple and very relaxed - I have been to other dealerships and worked with pushy salesman, and Tim was opposite of that! I would absolutely recommend purchasing from Tim!

Jidd Motors Mitsubishi review
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Communication and Professionalism!"I had a fantastic experience interacting with the team at Jidd Motors while looking for a vehicle for my daughter. From the very first inquiry, their response to my information requests about the car was incredibly quick, detailed, and professional.Natalie in communication was excellent—she kept me updated every step of the way and was completely upfront and honest about the vehicle's status before we made the long 2-hour drive out to the lot. Even though the specific car we were tracking wound up selling right after the busy holiday weekend, I deeply appreciated their honesty and high-level customer service. They saved us a wasted trip and treated us with total respect over text. I would highly recommend reaching out to them if you value great communication!"

BMW of Peoria review
My husband and I absolutely love this dealership! We’ve been doing business here for almost 4 years, with our most-recent purchase being earlier this month. Aaron Jones was our salesman for a second time, and he did not fail to come through again. He listens to his customers and tries his best to deliver. Every interaction that we’ve had at BMW of Peoria, from the front door, to management, to sales, to finance, to the service department have all been pleasant experiences. This dealership always has a really great selection of vehicles, and it is our dealership of choice!

BMW of Columbia - MO review
I've worked with Josh Reichlin and Rusty Drewing a couple times already for my personal vehicle purchases, but with my 15-year old twins getting their permits, we needed something for them as well. Josh was great to work with as usual - helping us sort through the options until we found what worked best for us. Negotiations with him and Rusty went quickly and smoothly with us reaching a fair deal on each vehicle. I highly recommend BMW of Columbia for both new and used vehicles. I should also mention Brad Davis in the finance department was great as well. Their customer service can't be beat and with a fair deal on the purchase what else can you ask for?

BMW of Columbia - MO review
Went shopping for a new car for my wife. Dave Johnson was the salesman and was wonderful. Went back at closing time with my wife to look at the model she wanted. Dave had already went home for the day so we decided to come back the next day. Well Mr. Johnson heard we had come back in and drove from his house back to the dealership to help us after it had closed. We bought the car. My wife had found a Mercedez that she liked but bought the BMW just because of the customer service we received from Dave Johnson and the crew. We will definitely got back for another car.

The whole SUV is great, the milage is good for a mild hybrid. The sport mode is great when you really want to go. The efficient mode is nice when you are casual driving and trying to save gas.

Isringhausen Imports review
I purchased a 2021 Porsche Carrera S (with an Aerokit!!) and had it shipped to Texas in December of 2020. My salesman, Kent Hill, was wonderful to work with: very professional, prompt and courteous. The car was shipped a few days later and it arrived in flawless condition and detailed, along with all the paperwork, a Porsche tumbler and leather keychain. Sean Oliver, the finance manager, was also very prompt and helpful and made the buying process easy and seamless. Finally, a shoutout to Chris, the delivery driver! Overall, I would highly recommend this dealership because they are honest, upfront and ethical. Isringhausen is the dealership that others should emulate! I know I will enjoy my Porsche 911 (992) for many years to come!! After all, it’s my dream car!
