Great overall experience. Casey was good to work with in sales. He was knowledgeable and no pressure. Prices were better than nearby dealerships for similar used models. Slight hiccup with the business office team during pickup. They couldn’t find my paperwork from a couple days before. It caused a few minutes delay but the team was professional and helpful throughout. Hopefully titling and registration goes quickly.

My BMW X3 2026 purchase went way smoother than I expected, which is a huge plus. I worked with Mr. Steve Yang on my vehicle purchase I have nothing but great things to say about him and his level of service and communication. He picked the car I wanted and upon arrival, Steve Yang had my vehicle up front and ready to test drive. He's great with open communication and kept me informed throughout the entire process from start to finish. Thank you Steve Yang for your down-to-earth personality and excellent service! I then worked with Jhonyra Vargas the finance officer and received another great experience. She was very well dressed, professional, and extremely efficient with the financing. She truly made the paperwork process easy and understandable.
